Soul in Minsk is probably one of my favorite places here. A cozy and modern place where it is pleasant to spend time both alone and in the company of friends or family.
The menu pleasantly surprises with its variety. Here everyone will find something to their taste: from classic pancakes to original author's combinations. Thin, delicate pancakes with perfectly balanced fillings are a real gastronomic thrill.
The service is also commendable. The staff is polite, friendly and responds quickly to all requests. The atmosphere of the establishment promotes relaxation and pleasant communication.
Soul is the place where you want to return to enjoy delicious food and pleasant surroundings again. I recommend it to all lovers of pancakes and cozy cafes!

A nice cozy place with affordable prices. We arrived on Sunday at lunch, ordered 4 pancakes (Mr. Fish with fish (in my opinion the most delicious), a Large beef with Feta Cheese and mushrooms, Sinabon, strudel, coffee and wine. The pancakes were served at the same time (thanks), they turned out to be hearty, delicious, and warned about the waiting time of 20 minutes. There are no complaints about coffee, except that for my taste it is better to serve cappuccino in a cup, not in a glass and without a plastic tube, which was not asked for (it's a matter of taste). Of the shortcomings: the table was a little shaky and the wine turned out to be uncooled. But against the background of general admiration, this did not spoil the atmosphere) I wish success to the institution and recommend you to look for pancakes!

The pancakes are very tasty, hearty, and the prices are pleasant. Orange bumble (hot) - just caused delight, I have never drunk anything so delicious anywhere) The pleasant staff was also pleased)
The lighting is very pleasant, there is no bright light that hurts the eyes.

Nice place, cozy.
From food:
- Great pancakes, I really liked them. Although I didn't have enough regular pancakes without filling.
- The breakfasts are delicious.
- Pasta with mushrooms is also good.
Drinks:
- The coffee is good.
- Unfortunately, girls can't make tea. Oolongs can't just be poured into a teapot and left, they need heavy-duty kung fu kettles and a thermos.
- I didn't like the milkshake either, it's more like milk with syrup, not milkshake.
In general, I recommend it, there are many things that you can eat and drink with pleasure. And if you consider the area in which they opened, it's generally excellent and there aren't many alternatives)

We visited the Soul restaurant on December 3, and were completely delighted! The food was incredibly delicious — each dish pleasantly surprised with its taste and serving. Also on my birthday I was given a 10% discount and a dessert pancake, which was very pleasant! I would especially like to mention the waitress Karina. She was very empathetic and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful atmosphere! We will definitely come back again!

The place is good, reasonable prices. The food is delicious. The waitress is nice and friendly.
The only negative that prevented you from enjoying the atmosphere and because of which you constantly had a headache was noise: loud music and some kind of incomprehensible noise, as if they were vacuuming. Maybe it's a portable dryer, I don't know. This noise went on for the 40 minutes that we were there. Usually such things should be done before the cafe opens, and not interfere with visitors…

Now I will come here regularly, there was not enough cozy cafe near the house. There are several tables outside, you can watch the sunset with a view of the old airport. We decided to go to a cafe with my husband for lunch, as we were in the area. According to the reviews, this place was chosen, as the rating of 4.9 was very credible.
We ordered pancakes Big Beef and Big Classic, as well as a kettle with sea buckthorn tea.
Apparently we were the ones who were unlucky, but they brought cold pancakes to my husband + besides, both of them were over-dried very much at the edges, that it was impossible even to cut off a piece of pancake with a knife in these places.
And the sea buckthorn tea was so sour that it hurt my teeth. Sea buckthorn boasted heartily, in general) I was surprised that they didn't even bring a couple of bags of sugar to him, well, there was no sugar on the table either.
All this was reported to the waitress at the end, she said that she would pass the information to the kitchen)

A wonderful place, delicious and hearty pancakes. I took myself one big Steak and tea, ate a lot and never finished the tea (a large teapot for one)). I liked the spacious and cozy room, pleasant music and service. The only thing is unstable tables, they all wobble, no matter how scary it is, but pancakes have to be constantly buttered with a knife to cut and, as a result, the table is shaking violently.

I was met at the cafe by a very rude staff. I wanted to sit and look out the window and took a chair and moved it closer to the window, sat down near the bookshelves. As a result, a young man from the staff began to point out to me that I was violating the interior of the room and allegedly blocking the entrance to the toilet. Although even the most unwieldy elephant would have passed through a 1.5-meter passage. According to the menu, I really like Pancakes, balanced in taste, large portions, delicious cream soup and cheesecakes are just a bomb. They always bring some water while you're waiting in cool bottles. There is a small terrace.
They cook fast, good coffee.

I am a regular customer of this establishment, as I live in the same building. However, on 04.01.2025 at about 18:40 an extremely unpleasant situation occurred. First of all, we are faced with a long service. When the waitress approached us for the first time, we asked for a minute to choose. A minute or five minutes passed, and no one came up to us. At the same time, only three tables were occupied in the hall, and the guests were already eating, that is, there were no new orders, and there were no calculations at that moment either. As a result, we waited 7-10 minutes for a repeat approach.
Secondly, when I ordered a chocolate beer for my girlfriend, I showed my wu, because I paid. The waitress clarified who exactly the alcohol was intended for, and after she found out that the alcohol was for my girlfriend, she stated that she "couldn't break it through" because the girl didn't have her passport with her. Then I offered to order a beer for myself and share it with her. In response, in our opinion, we heard the rude phrase "The girl won't drink" several times. In this commanding tone, I suggest that the waitress communicate with her work colleagues and superiors, and not with the customers of the establishment. Naturally, we left after this situation, leaving a negative review about the waitress to the head of the shift.
I don't want to go into the legal details, but I believe that if I buy alcohol, then my further disposal of it is not within the competence of the establishment, much less a separate waitress. I ask you to have a preventive conversation with the waitress and teach her to be more loyal and polite to the guests.

The place is magical! A small cozy cafe with delicious pancakes, with a children's menu, a stylish interior and a wall for wishes for the future (an interesting idea). They brought some water right away, which is already very conducive to the institution, they fed me well and deliciously (I ate a pancake from the kitchen) - I didn't even want to leave, it was so emotional somehow🤤🤎🥞

I rarely write reviews, but I was not indifferent here. I ordered breakfast, strudel and coffee. Instead of breakfast, they brought a cheese pancake, instead of a strudel, a sweet pancake (okay, I decided to try a pancake top), but they forgot about coffee.
At the same time, the food and coffee are excellent.
I appeal to the shift manager on September 7, 24: work on the memory of employees. 3 errors out of three points of the order is beyond the limit. Notebooks, fines or tablets - all this helps with forgetfulness.

It's a shame, it's unpleasant, because they came to brunch hungry.

Everything is cooked in an open kitchen, there is a hood, but the smell will remain on the clothes. The team looks well-coordinated.

waitress girl is young and apparently inexperienced. The tables were untidy the whole time that we were in the establishment. Or perhaps this is the trick, a small table with large dirty plates does not encourage long gatherings. In front of us, she messed up something with the guest accounts twice.
Fortunately, there is a more experienced one among the staff, who at the end of our stay replaced her colleague and, like a fairy, put things in order in a couple of minutes)

I ordered a pancake burger. The combination is delicious, but there is something to find fault with. The pancakes looked more like pancakes on kefir: the same dark and rather flat.
Drinks
Drinks were brought after the dishes were served. The raf turned out to be too sweet, but I really liked the espresso tonic.

Very tasty pancakes (my favorite is Sunny), bumble is a reference, the refrigerator is gorgeous. It was November 24th. The menu has changed, it seems to be almost the same, but it has become worse. Pancake with cheese is dry, pumpkin soup does not look like cream soup, but rather like water. They ordered bread, and for one and a half rubles they brought three halves of a white toast bun.
