Well, noise insulation, the problem of most inexpensive hotels, leaves much to be desired. If someone is snoring in the room upstairs, the whole guest can hear it:(Otherwise, the hotel staff is friendly, helpful, in short, the way hotel staff should be.

I checked into room 308 at the end of November 2022, in my opinion the hotel is excellent, nothing bothered me, the room is clean and comfortable, well, in general, I have no complaints, but only gratitude, the entire staff of the hotel is very friendly and good, lived for more than 2 weeks and during this time watched that the hotel was only doing better and better, thanks a lot to all the hotel staff.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, clean and cockroach-free. I really liked the breakfasts (!). The rooms certainly leave much to be desired - in places, chipped tiles, a shower curtain hanging on snot spoil positive impressions. The presence of a railway station nearby is also an unpleasant neighborhood with the hotel.

The hotel is located in the industrial zone, dogs are kept near the hotel at the enterprise, it is impossible to sleep from their barking at night. The stench in the area is from burnt rubber, you can't open the windows to ventilate. Breakfast is meager and monotonous. During the 3 days of staying at the hotel, they never came and cleaned the room, changed towels, or took out the trash. I do not recommend it at all.
The only advantage is the proximity to the south railway station and the airport. And the hotel itself is more or less new, therefore the plumbing / furniture is all working and in order. The Internet is fast.

There is a pedestrian crossing over the tracks from the southern railway station, 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel itself is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good. Everything is beautiful in front of the entrance, bushes, paths. But I'm unlikely to go there a second time.
