I read on the Internet that a minibus runs from this bus station to Gyumri every 30-40 minutes. Well, that's not true.
I eventually got to Gyumri, but it was good that I had a lot of time.
There is a minibus (not a minibus) from this station to Gyumri, but there is no clear timetable. The driver rides when a full minibus is packed - 12 people, in which case the price is 1,500 drams (April 2025).
There were 4 people, they chipped in 3,000 drams each, and the same driver put us in a car and drove us to Gyumri. I don't want to repeat it.

A wide transport line. There are a lot of disadvantages. There are a lot of drug addicts, there are almost no pawners, there is loud music playing, drunk drivers who drive right into the ring road where there are a lot of people and this is a daily phenomenon and not a one-time one, and the police ignore and do not keep order in this area
