We were very disappointed with the visit.
The place is beautiful and atmospheric, the gazebos are very cozy, the river is noisy below, in general, the potential for a pleasant stay was good.
But when they started ordering, it turned out that half of the menu was not available: there was no chicken and veal, there was no red house wine, how so? The oven broke down in the process, so the order was made for an hour!
The portions are small, the prices are like in Yerevan, although it feels very unjustified.
The food tasted good, the baklava was delicious, and the club sandwich that was waited for the longest was disgusting.
There is no payment by card, the receipt was shown to us from the phone, the printed one was not brought. One waitress girl runs between the gazebos and obviously does not have time.
In general, we will be in Dilijan - we will not return here.
My wife and I walked through the main restaurants of Dilijan. I have been to many restaurants in the center of Yerevan and the Hedgehog is the best in cuisine. The fish and meat dishes are great. The atmosphere is for an amateur, very lamp-like and we liked it, but I'm sure that some dilapidation may not be to someone's taste. Competent staff who are busy working with clints, not something incomprehensible. On the one hand, we were at lunchtime, when there are very few visitors and it would seem easier to pay attention, but as practice shows, this does not work that way and if the institution scores on the client, then regardless of the workload. There is no such thing here. If you are in Dilijan, be sure to visit this place and order trout fillet in cream sauce - do not regret it.
A very cool place for informal gatherings. What is especially unusual and great is that it is actually a complex of covered gazebos, a campfire place for guitar gatherings and a tent. There are stoves in the tent and gazebos, which makes the smell of logs very pleasant in the cold season. And Hovhannes is the best bartender! I also recommend a kebab set - this is our favorite in the company of friends. Oh, and I forgot! There are coal compartments in the gazebos, where it is assumed (and possible to order) prepared sets of meat and vegetables with your own hands! Have you seen something like this, except for films and the cultural tradition of Japan/South.Korea? I'm not. A very cool experience (we once ordered this option a couple of times - great entertainment in the company of friends).
Delicious, pleasant communication with the local staff, they are already part of the family for us) A family of lovers of delicious cooking and eating. I recommend it, there is a bar, gazebos and a yurt. The yurt is very warm in winter, due to the stove, and the pleasant smell of firewood increases your appetite, if you are not a fan of wood. I liked everything I tried, and in a little over a year I went through almost the entire menu.
My favorite place in Dilijan. We have been here more than 10 times, and the quality is unchanged. Very tasty cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. In summer evenings there is a bonfire and a cool audience, and in winter a yurt with a stove. In general, a recommendation.
A wonderful place in the center of Dilijan. Cozy, picturesque, made with love. I especially liked the tent with a bourgeoisie (we were there twice, both times in the off-season). The waiters work great, and the cook is just a God. The most delicious cafe of hospitable Dilijan
A wonderful place! I liked Karaunja more, although it's not bad there either. But there is a very unusual atmosphere here, a yurt with a wood-burning stove, seals, a record player with jazz, delicious food. We took a set of kebabs, green curry with chicken, tea, coffee, wine, everything is delicious! We were pleasantly surprised.
There was some kind of party in the yard with guitar songs) cool, unusual) I recommend it)
Delicious, but expensive and not the largest portions.
It's cozy inside, especially cool in the hall in the form of a yurt) The staff is friendly, helped us a lot when there was no cash, and the cards did not work (it turned out to be a transfer)
A very pleasant place: delicious and the portions are quite large (they couldn't eat everything), the waiter forgot about the ordered baklava and brought ... baklava as an apology)) a nice gesture, we eventually ordered another portion, because the baklava turned out to be very tasty, I definitely recommend it.
We come here every time we arrive in Dilijan. The food is very tasty, the service is attentive. In the evening, you can sit around the campfire, sing songs or just have a nice chat. I definitely recommend it!
A wonderful selection of dishes. Attentive attitude to customers: it was cool - they immediately brought us a heater and blankets. Polite and fast service.
I really didn't like the service. Coffee is carried by pouring everything. without a tray. There's a bite in the lime cocktail. The prices are too high. The coffee is not delicious
