It can be seen that the hotel is new. It's clean and cozy. It's secluded, so it's quiet. A European-style breakfast, only with porridge, is quite enough.

New hotel, bright and spacious room (within budget). Clean, plumbing in good condition, very fast WiFi.
Friendly staff, all requests (iron, drinking water, receipt) were fulfilled immediately.
For breakfast there are two dishes, delicious, but without frills.
Among the disadvantages - there is no elevator (it is worth considering for the elderly) and there is no metro nearby. But the taxi (Incline) arrived within 10 minutes.
A very good budget option to stay in Kiev for active people, provided they leave-come by taxi or their own car.
