My beloved rat Beetroot is still alive thanks to the veterinarian Elena. One day, the rat started bleeding, and I started looking for a clinic where they could help me. 2 clinics refused me. Elena examined the rodent, prescribed treatment, injected the necessary drugs to stop the bleeding. There was a hope that this would help. But it didn't happen. An operation was needed to remove the uterus. Elena left earlier than the start of her working day, at 7:30, specifically to operate on Beetroot. To be honest, I no longer even hoped that the rat would survive, because it had been lying down most of the time and refused to eat. The operation was successful. When Elena called and said that everything was fine with the Beetroot and it could be picked up, we were very happy.
Elena and I were on the phone all the time, she was interested in the pet's condition, there was support and indifference.

I would like to thank Elena Viktorovna for saving my hamster already. The animal's cheek sac fell out and had already begun to fester, it was necessary to act quickly. In one clinic, they refused us, saying that it was impossible to calculate general anesthesia for removal, and we had to go to a place where there was gas. In the veterinary clinic, where there is gas anesthesia, they said that there is no doctor for the next two or three days and only after that they need to call to find out if he has appeared. There was one last hope left, and it did not let us down. Elena Viktorovna calmly calculated the necessary anesthesia and explained all the risks. As a result, I don't regret a bit that I turned to her. The operation was performed well, quickly, the doctor treated the hamster kindly, which made me very happy, she clearly described everything and explained how to proceed in the future.
