Personally, in my experience, in terms of price-quality ratio, this is one of the best restaurants in Tashkent. Here is the most delicious borscht of all that I tried in Tashkent (but it's a pity that the last time it was without sour cream).

We were tourists in early March, waiting for the owner of the apartment to move in. The restaurant was not open yet (half an hour before opening), but the receptionist let us in.
