The correspondence of price and quality. Sealed teeth and even canals have not been bothered for many years. All doctors are pleasant and polite!

I liked the staff, specialists and the level of work. Teeth cleaning was carried out competently and painstakingly, and then caries treatment was carried out. The seal is guaranteed for 1 year, the prices are reasonable. Attitude and communication at a high level. Employees show empathy and are interested in solving their client's problem. They answer all questions and offer solutions to the issue. My friend also had a consultation with an Orthopedist here, who did not just look at the pictures and immediately offered a solution, only one appointment lasted 40 minutes, and this means a lot nowadays, since in other clinics, I speak from experience, a meeting with a doctor is a maximum of 10 minutes and there is one answer to any question: Veneers or an implant. I recommend the clinic, there are not many such doctors left nowadays.

I read a lot of bad reviews, I was afraid to sign up. But it was important to be around. And I went. I realized that you can't believe the reviews, all people are different, someone likes it, someone doesn't like it. I visited three different doctors, had a crown glued, teeth cleaned and an implant consultation, all the doctors were pleasant, polite and good specialists. I'm happy! And their son was in their nursery, playing with toys, of which they have plenty! I recommend.

I want to share my negative experience of visiting this dentistry. A piece of the seal broke off in the 6th, I planned to put a new one. The reception time was set for 18:00. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and waited. No one invited me at the appointed time. At 18:10, I went to the administrator myself to clarify when I would be called. She ran to Dr. Elena Yurievna Kozharskaya and when she returned, she asked to wait a little longer, saying that the doctor was still busy treating the patient. And so 3 times! At 18:30, already nervous in such a long wait for my appointment, I asked the administrator if they would reimburse me for this time for my treatment, because they have 1 hour per person. She replied: "Of course, don't worry." At 18:35, the doctor finally accepted me and asked what I wanted to treat. I said that I need to put a seal on the 6th. She asked to open her mouth and just "looked from above" without tools and a thorough examination of all teeth, as is required by protocol and in any self-respecting clinic. The doctor asked if I had a picture. I had panoramic and 3D with me. She took a 3D picture, told me to wait in the office and left. It's been 15 minutes, there's no doctor. I went in search of a doctor, went to the receptionist, who told me to wait. As a result, at 19:00, Elena Yuryevna returned with the words "the picture was opened for a long time" (what? half an hour?!) and she announced the verdict: the roots of both 6-k are inflamed, they are not subject to treatment, it is "generally a sin" to put a seal, only to remove it! But they don't have a surgeon, so they gave them a piece of paper with the full name and address of the surgeon in the city polyclinic!? While I was in shock from such service, the administrator at 19:02 smartly brought a patient into the office with the words "Doctor, you have the next appointment." And I was asked to come out. At the same time, they wanted to charge me for the consultation! Is 2 minutes of sentencing a trick?! But what about compensating for my time spent on another patient and treating other teeth? I was shocked by such arrogance! Soon I went to another clinic for a consultation, where they told me that they did not see indications for tooth extraction and would heal the canals without any problems. There is only one conclusion: Dr. Kozharskaya E.Y. does not have the proper qualifications and experience, and the clinic is not interested in high-quality treatment of patients. I won't come here anymore and I don't recommend it to others!

Good afternoon. I want to share an unpleasant visit to the dentist Kozharskaya E.V. from Soyuzstom Service on V. Khoruzhey. I came to the reception to seal the channels in the six for prosthetics. She explained that there would be no pins or tabs, so you need to make a good seal. I can't say at the moment how the channels are sealed, according to the picture - it seems nothing, but time will tell. I want to draw attention to the execution of the photographic seal, which, as far as I know, is done in stages, in several layers. I had a decent piece of the seal, which was attached as a whole piece, so to speak. I hope he caught on to something there, and then they highlighted it. This was the end of the process. On the same day, I had an appointment with a prosthetist. And when I came to the prosthetist, it turned out that from the inside near the neck of the root, I had a beautiful black spot shining - caries, which was ignored by the doctor. That is, if my prosthetist hadn't paid attention to this, then the tooth would have rotted under the crown. These are the golden doctors, just like in the Union. Well, then there were no such materials and opportunities. I paid 340 rubles. Now I'm going to go to another place for treatment.

The seal lasted 2 years!!!!!
2 years ago, a piece of tooth fell off, I came to Soyuzstomservice to put a seal. At that time, I liked everything, but two years later the seal just breaks off... So judge for yourself about the quality of services. I looked at the website, they have to work on Saturday until 15 00. I decided to come, at least to find out if there is a warranty case. The door is closed. I call on the phone, they answer, "We decided not to work this Saturday due to covid, you understand." Naturally, neither on the website nor anywhere else on Instagram it was indicated. The Instagram post about the opening hours has not been answered so far... It turned out that the case is not guaranteed, that they only have a 1-year warranty and generally "come on Monday". In general, if you don't want to change the seals every 2 years, avoid it. Tomorrow I'm going to redo the filling in another dentist.

I turned here for advice and to do the cleaning. The diagnosis of erosion made by Solovey A. A. raised doubts, by the way, I do not work in harmful chemical production and do not eat lemons alone. I had to turn to other dentists, where I was able to get better service.
I also asked to give me a receipt, but no one understood what it was and did not even try to figure it out. By explaining that the act of completed work is suitable for me, they made it to me on the third attempt!
I'm not likely to come back here anymore...

I visited this dentist for the first time and was very pleased. I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and 15 minutes before the start of the reception, I was already called (cool). The entire staff consists only of professionals, especially I want to mark Anastasia the Nightingale, and her assistant (unfortunately I do not know the name)! I express my deep gratitude to them for their professionalism, understanding and, most importantly, excellent attitude towards patients. To be honest, I don't really like dentists, but I plan to apply there in the future. Recommend
