This is a very cozy family hotel, the rooms are small but conveniently planned. From the bedroom there is an entrance to the bathroom, the living room has a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious, and for dinner you can order a Bulgarian dish and you will be treated to homemade raki or wine. But the most interesting thing is an excellent spa center, where after skiing, you can warm up in a sauna or steam room, massage your muscles in a large Jacuzzi. Breakfast and Spa facilities are included in the room rate. And the location is convenient. The ski lift is a 10-minute walk away, or you can book a transfer. And the old town of Bansko is also not far away. At the same time, there is no hustle and bustle, as in the center. And a wonderful view of the mountains. The hosts are friendly and fulfill any requests. I recommend it to everyone.
Very nice staff! But the biggest disadvantage is the lack of an elevator! It is quite difficult to climb the steep stairs to the sixth floor, especially after the mountain. But the rooms in the penthouse are gorgeous. Our friends lived there, unfortunately, one of them injured his leg, going down and up was a whole story. We lived on the first floor, it is partially semi-basement, but there is an exit to the street from the bedroom. There is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel, where they cook very tasty, you can order room service, without overpayments. There, in the basement of the spa, but we were not happy with it, the Jacuzzi smelled like bleach, then sewage. You had to turn on the hammam yourself and wait, it was always turned off, and the dry sauna was very cramped, but quite. There is a very small gym. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the ski lift, free in the morning and in the evening, but if you want to go after lunch (there is a different tariff for ski passes, cheaper, the slopes let go and there are fewer people), then 2 leva per person round trip. There were problems with Wi-Fi all the time, but it seems that by the end of our vacation they were solved, maybe you'll be lucky. In general, it's quite a good hotel. There is a shop nearby, on the left, the owners are an elderly couple, it is small, but everything in it is cheap. And on the right there is a large supermarket.
An excellent mini-hotel in a good ski resort. Very decent three-room apartment. The friendly owner of the hotel. One of the disadvantages is that the restaurant is extremely not very good.
