We purchased a certificate for 72 visits (half a year). When purchasing the certificate, the administrator explained the rules for visiting the complex, pointing out the possibility of a refund at the rate of 30 somoni per visit, that is, 2,160 somoni with a total cost of 72 visits. When trying to collect the monetary equivalent of the difference in cost (at the time of writing the review, 15 visits were used), the administrator indicated that it was impossible to refund the funds. Moreover, he demanded an additional fee of 90 somoni, arguing for the fact that he spent more money on the visit. That is, with 15 visits at a cost of 150 somoni each, the amount of 2250 somoni comes out. Having disagreed with this fact, documentation was requested for contacting the prosecutor's office to conduct an inspection. With this approach, there is no point in purchasing certificates for clients. The terms of the agreement are changed unilaterally by the legal entity or the administrators of the complex (fraud).
Not many baths did not work, the massage therapists were weak (I took an hour massage), it was done for 3+. In this price segment, they did much better in other places.
11.11.22 we signed up for a massage with a young man.
Upon arrival at the place, we were told that there was only one masseuse left and we could only get a massage with an hour break. This did not suit us.
Instead, we decided to go to the spa area. A one-time visit for two people cost 400 somoni. In total, we spent 1 hour on the territory of the complex. And it was the worst time spent in Dushanbe.
The spa offers 2 areas - shared and women's. The women's room is located on the 4th floor and its contents are very modest. The common area is on the 1st floor. To get into it, you will need to ride in a shared elevator in a towel or swimsuit. There are no signs on the door of the "common area". To figure out where to go, you need to go to the reception area and ask the staff (again in a towel or swimsuit). The common area is actually a men's area. There is no separate zone for men, they all use the "common" one. It is completely uncomfortable for a woman to be in the "common area". I was alone in about 20 male visitors.
I went to steam in the hammam for 10 minutes - the staff took a towel from the sunbed along with the phone. It was lucky that they returned it quickly enough, but the fact itself was very upsetting.
In general, I did not get any pleasure from visiting the complex at all. She took her phone, changed her clothes and left.
If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do so.
