We were with the whole family 10 years ago. If I had the opportunity, I would go there without hesitation. Everything is at the highest level: accommodation, dietary nutrition, treatment, water directly at the hotel. We were in Karlovy Vary later, but we remember this hotel in detail

I am currently staying at the Hotel. I've been driving for a lot of years. But what is happening at the moment is beyond any assessment except HORROR. There is no control with vaccinations, no sanitary treatment. The entrance courtyard. Two buildings were herded into one restaurant. It is impossible to eat. You have to stand in line. The staff can't cope, you have to eat quickly and what's left. People in outerwear come from the next building, they live there like in a hotel. Locals can buy food at a cheap price and just go there.
It's like there are no quarantines, no one needs a vaccine, they just don't ask for it.
People, do not try to buy a ticket here!!! First, call and ask for the conditions of birth

It was once called the Spanish Courtyard. Then he joined the consortium of Imperial hotels. There is a private pool. The rooms are different for the same price. I.e. very small and much larger. The ventilation in the shower is not very good. moisture remains. But there is a parking lot in front of the hotel. A packing card can be obtained at the hotel reception. You can also pay for parking there. There is a small cafe on the ground floor. Coffee and cakes. In good weather, they will take you to the tables opposite the entrance. Kitchen - well.. to whom as. However, there are other restaurants nearby, so you can choose.

My unforgettable trip to a wonderful sanatorium complex. Magnificent cozy rooms, excellent service, a gorgeous swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi and Hammam. The staff is very helpful and attentive. And the buffet is simply divine. I will be in the Czech Republic, I will definitely come there again to rest for a few days.

Everything seems to be fine. The procedures are of high quality. The information staff and the organization of the New Year's holiday are very far from other hotels. It is not the first year in Karlovy Vary and every time on New Year's Eve, so there is no holiday in this hotel!! There is not enough space in the lobby. The "left" guests. They have nowhere to sit down! Do I have to pay for drinks??? In previous years, we were in the "Thermal" and "Ambassador", this is a holiday!! Everything was flowing like a river, and from oysters to various things, my head was spinning! Here the money was spent on a team for fireworks!!?? And long before the holiday, a regular dinner??? Nothing at the party. If you want, buy it. This has never happened before!!

There's silence. The complex is large, but usually no one is visible, only at dinner and breakfast people gather and you realize that all the rooms are occupied there. I had to walk a lot and I walked along steep slopes and streets every day for 10 km. I was completely alone- I hardly met anyone. This is a plus. The staff is good-natured. Sauna, swimming pool, treatments. It's not bad. Thank you for your hospitality! I'll come again. Absolutely!

An excellent sanatorium with a very good base of medical and SPA procedures. Excellent quality and variety of European food, friendly Russian-speaking staff (quite a lot of immigrants from the former USSR) who moved to the Czech Republic for permanent residence. Beautifully equipped territory, clean air, silence.

I didn't like the room. The maids burst into the rooms 1 SECOND AFTER THEY KNOCK. Everything is kind of sad there. I was satisfied with the food, and the procedural sisters were also quite pleasant.(lived in the Green House building)

A wonderful sanatorium with a therapeutic bias. It has a large medical center and provides multiple SPA treatments. Full board, buffet, very tasty and varied cuisine. It has a year-round indoor swimming pool. Free public transport is provided.
