New building
Similarly, everyone except the staff has 4 rooms- you need to put your hands on the little things, and it is advisable to replace all the taps!
And both in the first and in the second, A THOROUGH WET CLEANING! There is a thick layer of dust everywhere where your hand and gaze do not reach you calmly!
My score is 4 but minus for the little things!

The kitchen, at 3+, seemed delicious, but not that, and the hair in the food was very unpleasant to see.
Lived for about 2 weeks
Pros: Good sauna, delicious pizza, nice room.
Cons: no room cleaning, the cheesecakes were great in the early days, and there was practically no cottage cheese in the cheesecakes closer to the last day of the stay. The service is highly dependent on the shift, one shift is absolutely unfriendly and worked carelessly.
From where I stayed, there is a SPA, sauna, steam room, cafe with a decent menu, a chef who prepares a wonderful salad for my taste, in the room of the condee if anyone is hot (I was in February).
