After a hard working week, who would not like to steam in the sauna, swim in the pool, chat with friends! For more than a year, we regularly visited the Lotus SPA salon with our children.We were delighted with the interior, the pricing policy was quite satisfactory, and the most important advantage was that children under 10 years old were free!!! We made a fatal mistake the other day...and again, as usual, we ordered a sauna and a swimming pool by appointment.The receptionist assured us that the conditions and cost remained the same.What a "surprise" was waiting for us on the spot...It turned out that you have to pay extra for the children as an adult, the administrator behaved as if we had not come to rest and pay money, but were begging!!!! There was no question of any discounts for regular customers (they took the money back to back, because they didn't warn us!!!!!) "Either pay, or we can't help you with anything."...But in order not to upset the children, who were already determined to rest, we stayed (otherwise we would have left in principle!!!!!) By the way, they did not give out additional sets (hats and sheets) for children, although they should have, because we paid the full cost for each!!!!Another colorful character is the cleaning lady.Not only did she get into our conversation with the administrator, she covered our children's mouths...so even before the end of the paid time, she came to our pool and with an "interesting" expression on her face began to kick the children out of the pool, accompanied by the phrase: "Hurry up...faster!!!", like you're holding me up, even though the kids were just taking their toys (inflatable circles, armbands..) The mood was irretrievably spoiled, and the Lotus SPA salon lost its regular customers!
