A wonderful salon. Previously, I was at a different address, I moved. There are always free parking spaces in the courtyard. I'm doing an air touch with art director Elena, super! The hair is in excellent condition. I did it at Inessa's once, and I'm happy too. Pleasant service. They will always call in advance before signing up for the service.

I came here because it's the most expensive barbershop in the area, and I was hoping for good service. I just needed to trim the tips. I've been going to this barbershop for a long time. Stepan is a good master. But repairs have been underway for a year and a half. Dirty, rolled up linoleum in the middle of the hall. It feels like there is no wet cleaning at all.
I signed up for a while, came in, and another client was seated in the chair. They didn't even warn me. They asked me to wait, I waited 25 minutes. And there's not even anything to sit on. I was waiting in a dusty barber chair. A young girl is sitting at a table and "poking" at the phone, it would be better to wipe the dust. I left without getting a haircut.
It feels like the staff thinks this is the only barbershop in town.
