I have already ordered from the Caspi store for the 3rd time and the order was transferred to Spark 3 times, all 3 deliveries arrived 4-5 days later than scheduled, it is not possible to get through, and if you get through, they say tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, expect 2 more days and there is still no order, the operators do not call, do not notify that the order is delayed, you call yourself I spent the entire balance and did not get a response
To summarize: the delivery service is zero, there is no attitude towards the customer, they never deliver on time, I DO NOT ADVISE!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided. Late delivery, lack of feedback. I tried to call the phone number and waited for the 3rd in line to the first one for 10 minutes, and also waited for the operator's response for the next 20 minutes without waiting for the balance on the mobile phone account to end. As a result, I spent an amount equal to \ more than the amount of the delivery itself for trying to get through. I will no longer use the services provided by this company. I do not recommend contacting them if you value your nerves. We could not deliver the box for a period from April 5th to April 19th from Almaty to Aktau, while any other transport company carries out deliveries from 2 to 7 days.
