I have been familiar with this kindergarten for many years. The grandson visited, now the granddaughter goes there. We are very satisfied. The team is wonderful! Very attentive, professional attitude to each child. There are a lot of interesting and exciting activities, including the development of creative skills. Children move a lot, walk, play games, learn communication and discipline. All the holidays are held in a special thematic atmosphere, fun, with a twist. Children take an active part in the preparation and conduct of such events. They love them very much and are waiting for them.
I would especially like to mention the issue of children's nutrition. The menu is designed by experts in children's cuisine. The dishes are not repeated during the week. Everything is delicious and nutritious. A chef of the highest category. The whole program

Like many parents, they paid attention to the advertising and profile of this kindergarten. Our child attended kindergarten for a year and we had conflicting impressions. In terms of pedagogical processes, the kindergarten has no problems, a wonderful program, a cool teaching staff. It is clear that the child was developing. But in terms of administration, everything is rotten. The child suffered a head injury — he fell flat on his face on the playground while walking, bruised soft tissues, a hematoma on the floor of the face, a tear of the upper lip and the inner part of the cheek. The administration "had the strength" only to call us and tell us this "news". The medic examined the child, handed him over to us...........all. We went to the hospital, were examined by a doctor, received qualified first aid, prescribed a course of treatment, etc. The next few days were identical as with all parents whose children were seriously injured ... For 4 days, the kindergarten administration NEVER called and did not ask how the child was feeling. We had to "ASK for" an appointment with the kindergarten management ourselves. The meeting was "successful" not immediately, but after a couple of days, since everyone was busy or urgently ill. In general, they could not provide a video of the child's fall, since there are simply no cameras on the playground. Or, as they explained to us, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was on that day that the cameras did not work and they were taken to the service. When asked why such an attitude in this emergency, the leadership vaguely justified itself. And in general, apparently hoped for a chance. The entire security service in this institution consists only of an electronic lock on the gate (intercom) and a female teaching staff. Since it is opened to everyone in a row who would not call the intercom, without even asking who came and for whom. Regular requests to inform parents about the menu for the day are simply ignored or unsubscribed — what is indicated in the menu is what the children eat. But when interviewing a child, they OFTEN found out that the printout of the menu did not correspond to what the children ate. And in general, a deaf phone was constantly received with the administration — requests in the telegram, at best, were answered by the end of the day, or even after a few days, or they could be ignored altogether. BUT the administrator has never forgotten to remind you about the monthly payment in advance, no matter how busy or ill he is. The result : the pedagogical process - 5, administration - 2, child safety - 2. Make the conclusion yourself.
