I am a regular customer of chocolate in the Spartak store, 06.11.24 I asked for 2 packages of 90% chocolate of 1 kg, the seller immediately punched me a receipt without explaining that these were already new prices (I was without glasses and had always been told what was cheaper earlier), and when I was outraged, she began to demand that I take the goods. Couldn't the seller make a cancellation like in other stores? I attach the receipt and other goods that had to be taken for this amount in return, So regular customers and respect are lost

It is located in a very good location in the city center, but the room itself leaves much to be desired. Renovation and corporate identity would make this place more pleasant and attractive to the buyer, but now it's just another Belarusian store stuck in the 2000s. The product selection is good, but almost everything can be bought in a regular store.
