By and large, I have no special complaints about the quality of services. Consistently above average or good. However, it often happens that if there are problems with the connection, you cannot get through to the number 712912030 (receiving calls with switching to the constant busy mode is specifically disabled), and the operator in the telegram chat does not respond either.

Data transfer and Internet speed are stable, which is one of the advantages. Among the disadvantages, there are frequent problems with network disconnection from 1 to 3 times a month. When talking to the operator, they report temporary problems and it happens that they are simply not aware of these problems. I would also like to add that most of the people working in this company are competent with their clients and make frequent calls to their clients in order to improve the quality of service, for which I would like to thank them very much.
