The level of negativity at this place is off the scale. I used to be one of the regular customers, now I bypass this place by any means. The staff is just terrible, except for Alexander (Judging by the badge). He is neatly dressed, polite and speaks competently, unlike the others. The last time I came, another receptionist was sitting at the reception, not only was Semki literally almost spitting at the ceiling, but also, apparently, he was speechless. In general, the service and customer service is terrible. There are a lot of nuances with computers: they are always hanging, there are a lot of friezes for such an assembly - this is unacceptable. Eternal updates in games - they used to add time at least, the last few times they didn't even ask to do it. In general, no one is watching the computers either. About the products: That's why I'm writing this review. I took chebupeli, started eating and realized that the taste of the earth. I examined the packaging and it turned out that the products began to become covered with mold. No one is watching the products either. Instagram replies also take an average of 25 to 40 minutes, although the staff seems to be sitting in one place. I have repeatedly noticed animals in the institution itself, such as midges and cockroaches. This is the worst computer club in the country. I know that the director is very young, but it is clear that there is no control, from the word at all

A decent club. It was my first time in such an institution. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. Powerful PCs, a high-level gaming atmosphere, cleanliness and order. It is also possible to purchase snacks and drinks, which is a big plus. I will definitely come again!

the most bad game club, the keyboards are crumbs, the mice are greasy, there was a dent on the table and by itself it would be in something. There was a napkin on the table (most likely for me to wipe it myself). The game has been updated and I waited 40 minutes for it to load. I approached the admins and asked if there was anything I could do about it, they said it wasn't their problem. I do not recommend visiting

A good computer club, very nice administrators. He was replaced when there was a guy with glasses, he communicates with the elders as it should, he is respectful to you, helps in everything. The only thing that can be noted is the lack of sanitation. The floor is banally dirty, but the trash cans are always empty. Pleasant temperature and comfortable room. The place is good , but I ran into a problem . During the game, time was running out and I decided to go to the reception to extend it .
There was a sign at the reception desk saying "10 minutes break". I waited for more than half an hour , during which time the administrator did not appear. In parallel , 4 people came to use the PC , however , they all left due to the long wait. In addition to all this, I called the contact phone number listed on the club's website , no one picked up the phone , since this phone was behind an empty reception desk. After half an hour of waiting , we left the club without waiting for the administrator .
