We came to an appointment several times by appointment, we had to wait 20-30 minutes each time to be accepted. The receptionist told us to sit at the reception desk, because no one would run after us outside, although we have a big dog. The cost for the services rendered is taken out of mind. At first, one amount was announced, but they took 2 times more. The attitude towards patients is indifferent. During the operation, they agreed to do one thing, upon arrival at another clinic, we were told that the operation was not completely done and the risk remained. I do not recommend this clinic, you will spend a lot of time and money, and they will do the wrong thing at all.

The most unpleasant impressions from visiting this vet clinic.
They brought their Frenchman for an ultrasound of the heart before castration. Firstly, there was no one at the reception, although we arrived at the appointed time (by the way, there was no one there all the time that we spent in the clinic). The ultrasound doctor is a taciturn man. It's not that he didn't say an extra word, you can't even get anything out of him in essence. Extremely unfriendly and unfriendly. As if we had interrupted him, we came and asked for it for free. But that's not all. When I brought the description of the ultrasound results, I gave it to the wrong people, and I kept the dog throughout the procedure, it's difficult to confuse. She asked: Doctor, how are we doing, is everything all right? On what I heard: Where are you going to do castration, on Konev? They'll tell you there. Although I said that we have not yet decided where to perform the operation. And they leaned on the Head Ones, it's cheaper here. But after such an attitude to them, not a foot more. The dog was mutilated, having shaved his chest, as in the run-up to winter, even more so. The attitude is frankly boorish. They are located outside the city - there would be a service to take, but they treat people worse than others treat dogs
