For two weeks in the winter of 2024, there was no car and the garbage was not taken away when the car was. I have a baby. I called the specified phone numbers and was directed to Irina. She explained the situation and promised that they would take away all the garbage. She called me back and asked if all the garbage had been taken away. I was very pleasantly surprised. Irina, thank you very much for your attention, this is a rarity. Now they began to pick up garbage during (before lunch), with rare exceptions, when there are simply no cars (broke down), but if they did not pick up during the time, they always take what they did not take away and new garbage. Sometimes it even happens that they arrive after lunch, if the car has been repaired. I see the difference between how it was and how it became.
