I want to share my thoughts about visiting this organization. Mom said, "Let's go here, it's cheaper and they won't cheat." As a result: we stood in line for an hour and a half; they don't do what we wanted (they say take what is ready). And they take 100% prepayment!
We went to a private trader at Olshevsky 20, they told us everything, suggested how to do better. The price turned out to be more reasonable and on time — within a month.
And this state—owned company is for pensioners who think that it is better here because it is a state organization. They probably don't read reviews either…

I had to apply for the service in 2023, for the first time, and I am very sorry that I chose this organization. Only one stage went smoothly - 100% prepayment. Then the problems went on:
The photo correction was done so unprofessionally that I asked to return the original (there was an uncoordinated version on the monument);
🔴 before installation, we had to contact 2 weeks in advance and agree on the day/time (I live in another country and left a comment about communication only through the application) - we did not contact, accidentally learned about the installation from the designer 1-2 days in advance and, of course, I could not attend/from me;
🔴when ordering, they promised a photo / video installation, they never received them, much later they "begged" 2 photos from a distance where there is no chance to evaluate the result;
🔴 it was installed crookedly with damage and debris scattered there, it was apparently difficult to maintain the ground level and mountains appeared on the site;
about 5 times they promised to redo it, they set a day, I flew in / came from another country for this and ... left after a couple of days without result.
I talked with specialists of different levels and everyone guaranteed that everything would be done and this was the first time. And so many, many times. I left a complaint, a written response, to which I never received.
As a result, they somehow redone it and I forgot this organization like a bad dream. I'm afraid to even think about the warranty here.
All this time, painful for me, coming pointlessly to redo, I looked with admiration at other organizations and their installers, carefully installing beautiful monuments, cleaning up after and observing the agreements…
