Brilliant hotel with amazing staff. Check in was smooth and my room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Gym was an added bonus. Highly recommended if you are in Yerevan.

It was a great experience being there, cleanliness, hospitality and everything was really good. Towels and sheets would be renewed every day if it was asked. We really enjoyed being there, good luck Sephora's team, especially Ani and Alex!

The hotel itself is great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything is beautifully decorated inside. Great rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace with a view of Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a bit far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It costs 200 rubles to drive 5-10 minutes. There is also a metro station nearby. There's a nice store across the street. You won't find decent cafes or restaurants nearby, just go to the center. Or eat at the hotel itself. There's nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center are at least twice as expensive.

A great modern hotel. Comfortable bed, comfortable rooms, good plumbing. You can park for free. They didn't take breakfast. There seems to be a metro station nearby. But the location of the hotel along a four-lane road spoils everything. But if you properly breastfeed magnificent Armenian wines or excellent ten-year-old cognac (which is brandy), then you can sleep like a baby.

Overall, I liked the hotel - clean, modern, pleasant, the breakfasts are not bad. But we took a room with a balcony and a view of the city, and very much in vain, because it faces a busy street where cars drive day and night. As a result, they did not even go out on the balcony, because it is noisy even with the windows closed and when you open the door, there is a very strong smell of exhaust gases. So don't overpay for this balcony, it's not worth it and yes, the carpet in the room would do well to clean.

The hotel is slowly losing ground. We stayed for the first time in May 2023. Everything was fine: the room equipment, comfortable beds, well-functioning plumbing in the bathroom, delicious breakfasts. Now we were in early July and at the end of August. And so, leaving the hotel in July, we immediately booked and made a deposit for a specific room for three for two days in August, since our check-in was at 3 a.m. I wanted to check in quickly after the flight, drink tea, wash up and go to bed. That was not the case. The room was not ready for reception: there were no bath accessories and hygiene products in the bathroom, I had to open my suitcases and take out my own. But there were remnants of the previous guests' vital activity. The tea station stood without a tea set, they just drank some water. There were dirty forks on the plate. But the most annoying thing was the lack of sleeping accessories for the third guest, and there were no bath towels either. The waiting time for laundry was 40 minutes. Then we took apart the unsuitable sofa ourselves and made it up. They didn't give me a pillow, they pointed to the bed, you can take it there. As a result, we were able to go to bed at five o'clock in the morning. The breakfast at the hotel was abandoned, there was no view or taste of the dishes, the assortment was reduced. They even save on keys, they gave only one for three, he not only opens the door, the electricity in the room turns on from him and provides an elevator lift, I had to use the stairs to the 5th floor. It doesn't look like four stars anymore. Would I like to stay there again? Definitely not, the choice is only because of the proximity to the relatives' house. There is no metro nearby. The cost of the rooms, I think, is too high.

A modern, beautiful hotel. Polite, friendly staff. We checked into the room earlier than it was supposed to be. Clean, spacious room. Cleaning, changing towels every day. The room has a kettle, black tea, green tea, coffee, sugar. Nutritious breakfasts with delicious pastries. Not a big minus - it is a 45-minute walk from the city center. But you can easily get there by bus or metro. Yandex taxi will take you to the very doorstep of the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. I've been here twice myself and was pleasantly surprised each time. There is a gym, small, but the equipment is new. Buffet breakfast. It is very tasty and nutritious.
The service is one of the best. We are ready to help and solve any problem at any moment. And if you want to eat in the evening, then you will definitely be helped with the choice of an institution.

I stayed at this hotel only for 1 night. The room is small, but cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a traveler. Linen and towels are clean, sanitary supplies are available and of very good quality, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I recommend it for a visit.

A great hotel, although a little more expensive than average.
It may seem that it is far from the center, but in fact it is 20 minutes on foot and 5 by car, but there are no traffic jams or crowds, which is very advantageous.
I've stayed here three times and I'll keep going.
The staff speaks both Russian and English perfectly.

I really liked the hotel - it is cozy and conducive to a good rest; not far from the metro, and it is quite possible to walk to the center. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the room at the highest level, towels and bed linen were changed daily. In the morning there were delicious breakfasts and fresh fruits.

This is not even a hotel, but a hospitable Armenian house, where young and pleasant, very beautiful, well-mannered and educated, kind and attentive young guys are always welcome. It so happened that for the last many years I have been living more in hotels than at home. Being a "hotel expert", he lived in many hotels in the center of Yerevan and when he found himself at the Sphere Hotel, which is located ~ 3 km from Republic Square, he was afraid not to get along. But the hotel suited me both geographically and for the price, so this time I stayed here. I would like to note that a chic hotel is hidden in a modest room - cozy, fresh, beautiful, well-thought-out rooms with the most comfortable beds (a mattress will provide the most pleasant and restful sleep) and furniture. The interior and its components throughout the hotel and in the rooms - curtains, furniture, bathroom and plumbing, bathrobes, towels, slippers, mini bar and the rest, exactly what every guest of the hotel needs - no matter if he is a businessman or a vacationer.
Breakfast and the restaurant staff, who speak many languages calmly, are a separate topic. You will find everything at an immodest breakfast, while everything is very fresh and delicious, with the right serving. In addition to a proper buffet of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruits, porridge and sweets, a beautiful young and very original actress Lilia, or someone else from the restaurant staff, will brew fragrant oriental coffee for you and cook an omelet the way you need it.
After staying in this hotel for about 20 days, we now know exactly where we will stay next time in Yerevan.
By the way, it takes exactly 35 minutes to walk to the very heart of Yerevan.

A nice hotel with large rooms and good repair. Bathrobes, slippers and everything you need are in the room. The staff is customer-oriented and always ready to help. The guys from the reception stood up for us and put in place an obese taxi driver who demanded $ 60 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel is new. He lived in room 604. The repair is excellent. Every day the room is cleaned and bed linen is changed. The price is adequate compared to other hotels. Breakfast has a small variety until it is quite enough.

Cons: It is located far from the center, on foot it takes 30-40 minutes if from the square. It takes about 6 minutes by car.
The locals said that this is not the nicest area.

There were bedbugs on the bed . Because of what I could not sleep peacefully . I saw and killed two and then I was afraid that I would see more or they would climb on me . At the reception , the administrators did not want to help me and somehow assist in my problem with the fact that I could not withdraw money from an ATM , at least to show participation . Also , the temperature in the hotel room was strange . The room as a whole is not bad, you just need to adjust the temperature, service and process everything.
