Great place!
I was in Minsk for the first time, I accidentally got into this institution. It's stuffy in the evening when there are a lot of people, but it smoothes out the attitude of the staff. Ksenia, the bartender, is very customer-oriented, helped with the selection of tinctures and the kitchen Menu. I spent two days in Minsk and both evenings I stopped at the choice of this bar. For food - an adequate price and large portions. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the small area of the room. There are always a lot of people in the evening, which makes it very noisy and feels a little crowded, in my opinion the music is playing too loudly. But in general, you can have a nice time with the company here. I advise you to book tables in advance, because there is always a full boarding.

Disgusting service in the very center of Minsk.
The table was booked in this institution in advance, a call was made on the day of the visit to confirm the reservation and the administrator voices it 2 hours later, how is that? the table was confirmed on the summer terrace, the day was rainy on 02.07, and we were taken to a table with no umbrella over it and told to come here. The chairs are wet, there is no umbrella. Of course, we did not sit there, we were not offered anything else and we ourselves moved under the table with an umbrella, the place was completely empty. The waitress, who was minding her own business a couple of meters away from us, threw the phrase "you'll have to go to your table anyway." Where to? In the rain? 4 people, 1 menu was brought, until they asked for more.
Waiting for the waiter to accept the order for more than 15 minutes. Only our table is occupied.
We made an order. They began to bring dishes in different order, although 2 orders were completely identical. After 20 minutes, two people can't take out their food, to the question what's the matter? Answer: you didn't order two salads, but one. And he starts arguing instead of apologizing. We ordered 4+1 shots. Brings 6, you ordered 4 + 2. You can't remember an elementary order, write it down!!! The wait for the dishes is long, they are simply forgotten about.
Spoil the vegetable salad with ketchup/mayonnaise dressing. Croutons with a ton of mayonnaise.
The food is mediocre, no taste, clog the stomach.
During the evening, no one comes up, is not interested in how you like the dishes, maybe you want something else? The disgusting service of the waiter girl, I do not understand why to take people who do not want to work and do not know how to communicate with the client from the word at all, with a sour face. In the end, she came up with the phrase "the next reservation has arrived" and silently left. I came and what? Invite us to move, apologize, and discuss with the visitors how to resolve this issue. She said it and left.
It's amazing how this place still holds up in the city center. The mood was completely ruined by such an attitude towards the guests.
I do not recommend this place if you want to have a delicious and pleasant evening.
You will be disappointed.

We came to this bar on the Best Street, we wanted to see the new branch. Unfortunately, the acquaintance with him ended extremely quickly. A couple of days before the visit, we booked a table for the company, when we arrived at the bar at the right time, all the tables were occupied. The receptionist tried to "drop someone off", but people obviously did not agree, after which we were hooked up with another company. We asked for the menu and waited for it for about ten minutes. After the reminder, the menu was thrown on the table, but we did not lose hope and chose cocktails. Unfortunately, we could not try them - for the next ten minutes there was no waiter in the hall, the administrator angrily sent us to continue waiting at the table. When a ray of hope in the form of a lady with a badge passed by us, we called out to her and politely asked her to take the order. She replied with a request to wait and left for an indefinite time. Soon we left too.
I have no complaints about other bars under this name, it's top class, but unfortunately, I won't risk going to this institution.

The bar is located in the courtyard, you can't find it right away. A good selection of tinctures and polite barmaids. However, not all girls are friendly, it seems as if they are afraid of you. But this only applies to one girl. The others are great! Apart from the tinctures, they didn't try anything there. But we had a great time! We were at 17 o'clock, so the bar was still empty and in fact the place worked only for us, which we were very pleased with)
