I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 5 days. I booked the room in advance. The hotel is very conveniently located nearby there are supermarkets, a pharmacy and a cafe where you can have a snack. The hotel itself is wonderful, cozy and bright rooms, fresh and clean linen, hair dryer, water is always cold and hot, you can also order laundry, in general, all amenities. The team is the best that I have ever met, very responsive and kind people, met like family. I wish the hotel and the staff all the best and even greater prosperity. If you decide to stay in this hotel, be prepared that the room is dirty, traces of mosquito kills in all their glory, dust, sticky floor, poorly cleaned bathroom, paddling, broken and dirty furniture. And also, be prepared that the administrators and the technician Snezhana will take out your things (cosmetics from the bathroom) without your knowledge when you just left the room, and when you arrive, when asked where the things are, they will accuse you that you left the paid room yourself without warning them, however, that personal belongings are lying in the rooms, which does not mean anything!

We settled in a suite. There's a hole in the wall. In the bathroom, the paint on the ceiling swelled due to humidity. There are 2 bath towels for three people. No shampoo, no soap.
The hotel itself is great, the cameras are in the parking lot, the staff is very polite, the rooms are good. But there are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room. The TV is not plasma.
There is air conditioning, the bed is cozy and large. The bed linen is fresh.
A gorgeous hotel. I think it is the best within a radius of 30 km.

Everything is very good, the staff is friendly, clean, in the city center. I don't know about the other rooms, but 2.5 has a very pronounced sewer smell. We wanted to stay for 3 nights, but moved out after the first one.
