The condition of the room stock is tired, but this is understandable - Athletes are children ... but I would leave a floor or some number of rooms for family arrivals. 3. There is no territory - it is difficult for children, everyone plays near the main entrance 4. The main entrance - lawn, flowers, shrubs - everything is clean, everything is trimmed. In general, everything is fine, but you do not need to wait for a 2-star hotel to be EVERYTHING, objectively everything is normal for sports camps here. The only disadvantage is the distance from the fields, but here yes, either by car or 20-30 minutes on foot.
