I made an order in this store, I was a little upset. The delivery took 7 days (instead of the specified 2-3 days.), free shipping was also indicated (over 100 rubles.), it turned out to be paid (the order was for 145 rubles.) After the review, the store manager contacted me, explained that there was an annoying misunderstanding, which was mainly the fault of the transport company (Europost). Due to the workload, the delivery time has doubled. And an additional fee was charged for cash on delivery (for sending money to the seller). It's nice that the staff are worried about the rating of their store and try to serve each customer with high quality! I hope in the future there will be additional delivery options (with shorter deadlines) and payment (without commission)!!!
