The administration's disgusting attitude. I would like to give an overall rating without stars, because the ticket sales system for mass skating has not been thought out. We came several times 2-3 hours before the session, but there were no tickets for skating (taking into account the fact that the rink has a capacity of 180 people, and 2 sessions were organized that day). There was no announcement anywhere that there were no tickets for mass skating on that day, except for the ticket office for their sale. Given that there are no more entertainment options in the city, and demand exceeds supply, why not do more skating during the big weekend? Or post ads about the lack of tickets on social networks? The work of such a complex is frustrating in general, because the level of the complex is rated above average, and the quality of work leaves much to be desired.

The whole family visited this water park for the first time, they came from Minsk for their nephew's birthday. We all enjoyed it very much. Everything is clean and tidy, there are not many people and this is a huge plus (there was no need to queue for the slides). I also really liked the staff, especially at the checkout: the woman told me everything about prices and rules of attendance, sweet and pleasant. We will be in Molodechno again, we will definitely come to the water park.

Next of the minuses is a broken door at the exit from the shower to the pool, it is wedged, I thought several times that I was going somewhere wrong. It opened only under pressure. Next, there are lockers in the locker room. There are electric locks, but they do not work. They suggest putting the valuables in a box-sized box. As if it would help me if jeans were stolen from my locker with an ultra-modern but not working magnetic lock.

Bathhouse: starts working at 17:00- there is nothing to do there at this time, the temperature is weak, just gaining. If children go from training, then nothing will heat up, because the doors are infinitely open. The pool is convenient when the children's training ends.
Skating rink: although it is written in the rules that it is impossible to train during mass skating - hockey players are constantly rushing on the ice. A sense of security- no, it's not there. It's good when the coach leaves, and controls a little what happens, but it's not always. From May to October, the ice was with water on the surface.

Our acquaintance began with the dissatisfied face of the cashier and the time spent in 10 minutes on three visitors. Then it continued in the men's locker room, in which electronic lockers do not work, and the rest do not even have simple keys, respectively, there is no need to talk about any safety of things in the form of clothes, much less watches, keys, etc.)))) I understand that, nevertheless, in a single place, communism was built, everything is common)))))) Of the three hair dryers, one worked intermittently, apparently the relay overheated and did not turn on until it cooled down, and the time is ticking, and at the exit the electronic turnstile does not care why you dried your head instead of the allotted 15 minutes, 25))))) But of course these are small things, compared to the "water park" itself.Of the three so-called slides, only one worked this weekend)))) The children's zone leaves much to be desired in all senses and concepts, the "Children's zone", one single slide, a strange "shower" in the form of a water pipe in which holes were made like in the army, which once had sprayers all over, and now just holes through which water flows))))) The tale is indescribable. Anti-slip mats, for some reason only on one side of the children's pool, it was probably assumed that children were so disciplined that they would go out and move only from the side where the mats were still present. Although I can assume that this was done because the children's area will be looked after, something like an animator or at least a separate pool worker, but no, neither of those)))) . You can write a lot more about a la Jacuzzi, in which part of the equipment does not work, about the lack of renting or selling swimming equipment on the territory of the water park itself, there is something like a "stall" in the cash register itself, but for this you need to leave the pool area itself, take a shower, dry yourself with a hairdryer, working according to a well-known principle))))), change your clothes and go out into the hall. The reason for not placing the same service in the water park area remains a mystery. I finish my speech with the words, in this place EVERYTHING IS FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE VACATION, FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY))))))
