The prices are reasonable, the staff is polite, the assortment is the same as in other similar stores of this retail chain. You can often buy good branded items at promotions. In general, I recommend it.
They wrote a lot, told a lot, but.... The product is there, there is a choice, but the staff and service are simple. One on top of the other, no one knows anything, the head is probably just there for beauty, so that's it. Therefore, the whole impression spoils at once.
There is no sadder story in the world than the story of a spat on client. Which, translated from ancient Shakespearean, means "customer orientation below the baseboard" or "Happy New Year. Fuck it"
We are a regular customer. After the next purchase, an email arrived saying that you can get bonuses for these purchases – 50 for each (see the screenshot from the letter). We prepared reviews, photographed the child, and the game began ... a quest of a lifetime. There are non—working buttons in the letter, there is just confusion on the site, a chat with the support service is like a wall (even in small things: you warn that you cannot answer the call and ask to correspond in the chat or by mail – no, they will call), letters are another portion of peas against the wall.

Due to their misinforming offer, I spent my time (to no avail) to figure out how to leave feedback on their website, and then in my personal account. I am the kind of person who will do everything by himself as much as possible to figure out what is not working, and only if he cannot solve the problem in any way – he will bother people. That's what happened — and I wrote a request for help in the chat. So, once again, I spent my time on their website to find an opportunity to take advantage of the offer from their letter. I could not do this either on the website, in my personal account, or by following the link that was indicated in the letter. I even checked all the data in my personal account, suspecting that something was wrong with my account, incorrect or incomplete data. I spent my time figuring out how to get the 100 points they claimed.
It turned out that there was a mistake on their side and this offer was not for me at all (although, please note, the goods in the letter were indicated correctly — exactly the ones we bought), and as a spit — 10 points for inconvenience.
For the commenters who like to argue (and also for the patient victims /sorry, nothing personal/ who agree with what they give) the dry residue:
THEY indicated the goods that I bought in their store. I did everything THEY said to participate in the promotion and get 100 points. And I did not receive the bonus THEY claimed.
I think (or rather, I did; I don't think so anymore) that the reputation of such a store (company) is so good that in this situation the solution should have been exactly as stated in their proposal. This would be the real customer orientation of the 21st century.
P.S. After that, another letter was written for them, as a hint (the hope that the "wrong person" was responding to the appeal and did not understand the situation), that the so—called "regulations" — on the basis of which points can be credited - is exactly the letter that they sent to me with an indication of the goods purchased in their store. To which the reaction was "You have already been answered." So, alas, the company is disgustingly hopeless in terms of customer orientation.
P.P.S. And the level of service that the SportMaster himself claims is "optimal" (see screenshot), it turns out to be nothing more than a blatant lie. It's a shame, guys, it's just a shame.
The store sucks, there is no choice of shoes, most of them are far from the best models, there are a lot of defects, compared to the Sportsmaster in Smolensk, for example, the assortment is at least 10 times smaller! In an hour and a half of fitting, not a single consultant came up. I come across used shoes, for such a price, sorry. It's just that there is no alternative in Vitebsk, there are no normal sports shops.
A good store, a very large selection of both shoes and clothes, sports equipment is also very much, tents, pots and all utensils for hiking are all there, I advise everyone!!!
The store is normal for Vitebsk, but the prices are much higher than in Russia. And there are practically no shares. There are a lot of goods on promotions in Smolensk, and good prices. We do not have such, although there is one network.
A store of branded sports items at very impressive prices. I consider the main disadvantage to be the presence of only one copy each - if your size is the most popular, there are few hopes to find it for the promotion.
How to say it. A decent sportswear store. The choice is huge, all well-known brands are represented.
The price, in principle, can be said to be normal.

That's how long I don't come here, I don't understand what criteria they use to recruit employees here, it feels like they are not interested in sales at all! Only the last time I saw an adequate seller who answered all my questions and did not leave me until I told him myself. And so a normal store, but it's far from the level of the Russian Federation!
I don't understand how an expensive sportswear store can have paid packages when other stores are MUCH cheaper, there is no question of buying a package!
And also - teach your employees to report promotions at the checkout and not to sell unnecessary trifles for useless "bonuses"

We went in after work with our spouse to choose sneakers and issue a cashless invoice for them. Not once has a single consultant approached us during the entire time of our fittings. And when they decided on the size and model, they asked about the bill itself. The administrator stated that it would not take long to introduce a new counterparty, but she would not do this today. It's at 19.00. Come tomorrow during business hours until 21.00. It's strange, if not for a long time, then why not. And why did she refuse to check whether there is such a counterparty in the database at all. Maybe you don't need to make it! But, we wasted our time today! And she still has work hours. And no one has postponed our product until tomorrow!!! And this is a private business??? Is this a fight for a client? And this is not a market with sneakers for 80 rubles! This is a well-known retail chain!!! Or did we get something wrong, did we come to the wrong place?!
A good store, was here recently, there is a huge amount of sports available. Of course, prices sometimes bite, but you have to pay for high-quality goods, you know.

Finally, a sportsmaster has been opened in Vitebsk! The room is much smaller than in the same Smolensk, and the assortment of goods is scantier. The prices are not small, but with discounts and bonuses you can get hold of something.
