Sellers "breed" when buying, provide false information. They say I need to buy something else for a couple of rubles so that I can get 60 bonuses. As a result, they "sniffed" two packages of napkins that I didn't need. Later, I was contacted by their quality department, who denied the sellers' information about the need for an additional purchase and promised to look into the situation. As a result, there is no feedback, they cover their own. Don't be fooled by the "divorce" about the additional purchase!

WE entered the store, the frame worked, we were heading to the department we needed to select goods, an employee from the checkout ran up with a manual metal detector, started checking us, the metal detector was silent, a survey began on what clothes we were wearing from this store, the answer was nothing (if she knew the assortment, she wouldn't ask questions)She started referring us to some employee, who was refused.She started talking some nonsense about how we owed her something, about the police if we refused to cooperate with her.
We just walked in, why would anyone approach us and waste our time? There are cameras, security guards who, in case of theft, can submit the video to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
They came to treat themselves to a purchase, and left without even looking at the assortment.
It was at about 2:30 p.m., the store administration, look at the cameras and analyze this situation.
I ask for clarification on this situation.
