Then I sent a photo of the trousers. And that's it... there were promises... the product is not ours, we will settle everything in 72 hours, then again the promises of another manager. It's just a lie. And no one reads the sportmaster's chat at all.On December 15, I received an email asking me to provide my bank card details for receiving money. On the same day, I filled out the card details and sent them to the address. After a while, they sent me an email again asking me to fill out my card details. It's been the fourth week that the issue of replacing defective trousers has not been resolved. My advice is not to buy Finntreil clothing at the sportsmaster, buy it at other sites. Take care of your nerves. A sad unfinished story. On December 22, a woman from the sportsmaster called and said that a courier would pick up the trousers on December 23. The courier from sdek picked up the trousers. On December 25, they were at the fitrail warehouse. Today, December 30th, I called Sportmaster. Someone answered me on a piece of paper, wait, our companion has not yet received your trousers, although they were in the companion's warehouse on December 25. They lied again. On December 31, I received an email again asking me to fill out my bank card details. I replied to them that I was sending, read my mail, or they chose to mock me as a disabled person.
