But I want to say a special thank you to the leadership and administration of the CSK. If there are events, then sell pies, tea, open a cafe, put urns for smokers, make the rest comfortable for fans. You can make a decorative podium. The CSC is a treasure for the residents of the city, but for the high-ranking ones, obviously (they built it and that's enough). The city is waiting for modernity. The complex is not old yet, but everything is collapsing, flowing, breaking. There is a lot of space that is not involved: some incomprehensible nooks, steps, doors, forever closed. And the most incomprehensible thing is the guard at the entrance. Why he is sitting there is a mystery to everyone, because anyone can enter the territory of the complex, under any surname. And if there are surveillance cameras, then the presence of a guard is even more unclear. Everything is stupid!
