Excellent gym, experienced and attentive coaches! Loyal prices, convenient location. I liked that the subscription includes both group workouts and a visit to the gym.
I do not recommend this room. There was a situation when a window and a door were opened at a group training session in winter , and a draft was made . I got sick after training . I recovered, came to training and the window and door were wide open again. I asked to close at least the door , to which I was told: we will not do this ((( I had to leave so as not to get sick all the time after training . Some coaches on individuals will give a task and went about their business .
Inconvenient subscription policy. There are no 8 or 12 classes per month. The hall is small. They save on heating, in the gym dubar and some coaches stick to the phones with the client, during personal training.
A good gym with extensive training equipment options. Good, polite and very experienced coaches will always choose the best option for trainers. The prices for the visit are acceptable. I definitely recommend it.
The sports club is small in size, but quite functional. Gym, aerobics, yoga, etc.. The gym has everything you need for physical growth and success. Individual approach. The staff is polite, but there are shortcomings in freezing - you need to pay extra.
