In the summer of 2015, I bought a thermos Arctic on the website indicated on the website. I served for six months-the case began to warm up. In the store, the thermos was accepted for examination without question, since there were no external mechanical damages on the thermos. They said they would be notified within two weeks. Two weeks later, the head of the store called, asked for my address for the delivery of the conclusion based on the results of the examination, adding that for SOME REASON the case HAD ALREADY BECOME NON-GUARANTEED. She did not give any explanations. She pointed out that the reason for heating the thermos case is the lack of tightness between the walls due to the fact (that I knew myself, that's why I gave the thermos back to the store, what else might not suit me?) that the thermos was falling. But she did not indicate any indication of the external integrity of the thermos, adding that the malfunction was due to our improper use. I could not provide any evidence of the fall.
I decided not to take the thermos back from the store and not buy anything else from them.
Not honest sellers and store owners. Don't mess with them!
