I really like this club, its atmosphere and attentive coaches who show, tell and correct us in class. I really like wellness classes, where it is important to listen to yourself, your body and feelings, and immerse yourself in yourself. thanks to the classes, my back began to hurt less, my sides and stomach became smaller, my buttock appeared (before that I did not have it) and a feeling of lightness. Thank you girls for your hard work!! Separately, I want to cancel the head coach and a professional in her field, Ekaterina Zamyatina, who instilled in me a love of classes, taught me how to breathe properly.
