Everything is great! The service is better than in Turkey! The territory is very beautiful, the pools are very clean. The breakfast is super! And most importantly, the price is super!
I hope my review will make those who are going to have a good time at this hotel choose another hotel.
It's not 5 stars, it's a maximum of 2 stars. In Instagram or in booking, of course, the picture is beautiful, but in fact the hotel is simply in decline, complete ruin and lack of service.
I explain why:
1. Booked an improved double room. Upon arrival, we are given the keys to a standard room. I went to sort it out at the reception, where they tried to convince me that this is an improved room. The employee at the reception does not speak Russian, although it is stated that the employees communicate in five languages. As a result, the manager was called and he showed us a room with a Jacuzzi, explained everything to the employee at the reception and we were settled in a room with a Jacuzzi. At the same time, two keys were given from the room, one of which did not even work, and then on the second day of our stay it was simply blocked, although we had a reservation for another day.
2. The room itself is all fucked up. Broken glass in the windows, and the windows themselves with broken handles, so they can't even be closed. The curtains are all stained with some kind of spots (it's scary to imagine what kind of white spots they are). There was a cracked watering can of a hygienic shower in the bathroom, so it was not possible to use it - the water was pouring in all directions. The pillowcases on the pillows are dirty, with some brown spots. (apparently they just don't wash off anymore). The walls next to the switch are broken and the switch itself works only half. There is no declared iron, ironing board and kettle in the room. Next to the bed there are some switches that do not include anything. The table in the room is wobbly. The shower is flowing.
When trying to use the Jacuzzi, it turned out that she did not have a drain plug - she had to call the reception, the master was called and he brought a plug from another room. When you turn on the hydro massage in the jacuzzi, dirt and some leaves of flowers have popped out of the holes from where the water flows - apparently the jacuzzi is not cleaned at all.
3. The price includes access to saunas and an aqua park. The water park refused to turn on all the slides, turned on three at a time, and then had to run to look for an employee who is responsible for the water park. There are a lot of staff at the water park who are just hanging around and no one is responsible for anything and can't help.
4. Only one of the five saunas (hamam) works in saunas. The staff reported that the hotel management forbids turning on everything. Moreover, before settling in, nitko does not notify that not all services that are included in the price can be provided. If they had known in advance, they would never have gone to this hotel.
The indoor pool is surprisingly clean, but the tiles are falling off at the bottom. There is rust everywhere in the hall with saunas, taps and showers are not cleaned at all. But there was a wonderful employee in the sauna room who left only the most pleasant impressions of the visit. Special thanks to him!
There is no room cleaning in principle. I had to call the reception to have the dishes and garbage taken away from us at least, and then they sent an employee only after the second call.
We booked a hotel for a weekend break after the wedding. Needless to say, there was no rest, only nerves and disorders. We didn't get the services for which we went to this hotel, we didn't even get cleanliness and comfort, but we spent a lot of money and nerves.
The only advantages: A very comfortable bed, a rather delicious breakfast and kebabs. There are enough towels in the room and it is fresh and clean. And a very nice employee in saunas. In general, in the only sauna and in the indoor pool it is not bad, but of course we counted on the use of all the declared saunas.
This hotel has only two advantages:
Good food and a water park.
Everything else is terrible! Disgusting service! Linen is not changed, garbage is not taken out, it is not cleaned even on request.
We haven't even heard about the declared buffet breakfast, they bring the same set every day. There is nothing to feed the child. Porridge was asked to cook, so they cooked unleavened semolina every day and for a fee.
The furniture is all rolled up, the pillows are crumpled. The style is ostentatious luxury.
The beach at the hotel is terrible, dirty, super shallow and filled with gazebos where locals relax. And if you want to withdraw a little more decently, then pay 40 manats. That's a lot!
There is also nothing decent nearby, food in neighboring restaurants was waiting for 1.5 hours. Madness.
The hotel is quite expensive, but the price is not justified!
I definitely do not recommend it.
We left before the paid period, it's good that we returned some of the money.
We rented a cool apartment in Baku and went to a beautiful city beach for 5 manats.
A terrible place. Dirty everywhere, in the rooms, in the water park. Someone threw up in the water park for an hour was not cleaned. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. You ride in the elevator and see what kind of garbage is between the walls. Unsanitary conditions. Stains on the curtains, smells of dust. The shower is leaking. It feels like the hotel has been abandoned.
The only plus is the polite staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfasts are good.

The food is ordinary. The rooms are standard. There are a lot of people in the season, a crowd on the slides in the water park. In the off-season, a half-empty building with a non-working service.
