The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The hotel has a very outdated design, and there is a smell of some kind of medicine in the rooms and in the halls. The breakfasts are average, nothing special.
Cleanliness in the room, kettle, dishes, refrigerator. The staff is polite, the location is convenient, there are a lot of parking places. Breakfast is a little meager, we went to the nearest cafe to eat.
There is no kettle in the room. For boiling water and glasses from the room, I had to go down to the reception and wait for the incoming guests to be served. The weather was chilly and I really wanted hot tea. After a couple of glasses of boiling water, the guys in our group began to be denied this.
A good budget hotel. The double room has a separate bathroom, a shower cabin, a hairdryer, a TV, wi-fi, a floor lamp, a telephone, and a good view from the window.
A 3-star hotel. That's why I give it 3 stars. The rooms are clean and Soviet. There was a group of 100+ people, someone was 15 minutes late for lunch. There wasn't enough food for them anymore. Although a third did not even come to lunch. The breakfasts are good and satisfying. Lunch is a medium-sized steel plate.
Something originally from the USSR.
It's clean, but the furniture is old and good.
Carpet is everywhere.
The breakfast is good - a buffet. It's delicious, there are plenty to choose from.
If you are eating in a large group or there are a lot of people at breakfast, get ready to stand in a kilometer-long queue. Everything is like in the USSR
I don't even know why the hotel has such a good rating, it's very mediocre, I'm not a demanding customer, but I can't agree with most in this case. The hotel of the "Soviet" time, very tired in everything, requiring renovation. There is nothing in the rooms except soap that does not wash well, it is stuffy, there are no conduits, the Internet can be caught in rare cases. Most employees are "neatly" rude and can't really answer anything/don't want to. I can praise the delicious breakfasts, everything is homemade and delicious, every morning there was something new. It seems to be located near the center, but there is nothing interesting around, every morning I had to stomp one way to the subway or go straight to the center. The hotel as a whole is not bad for its price, but I expected more.
There was a restaurant at the hotel, but it was impossible to have dinner because it was closed for special maintenance. It wasn't even possible to make room service from the restaurant.Go anywhere and have dinner in an unknown city. The room was not cleaned. We lived on the 4th floor. The girls at the reception are polite
Clean rooms, quick check-in, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet, as everywhere else, was quite enough. The center is 10 minutes away by bus or 30 minutes on foot. Regarding transport, I will say that the driver does not accept Russian rubles, but ticket kiosks sell coupons at stops. You can change Russian rubles to white rubles at an ATM.
The hotel is three stars. It is unreasonable to expect something out of the ordinary from him. Of the advantages:
-spacious rooms and good furniture
(For your class)
-close to the train station and the center.
Of the cons:
-there is Wi-Fi, but it is terribly slow
-to the previous point; the location of the calving in the area of a weak MTS signal (for the rest without Internet at all)
-the restaurant in the hotel building (maybe I was just unlucky, but on the evening of one of the most difficult days, a disco was held in the restaurant until 23.00). The walls were shaking, but I really needed to fall asleep and get enough sleep.
Conclusion: I will not go to this hotel anymore unless absolutely necessary
An excellent three-star hotel, the buffet is very good, the friendly staff at the reception, in a word, I recommend it

A good hotel for its 3 stars. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day.The bathroom is clean, everything is working, there is liquid soap for washing and showering. The only hygiene items are shower caps. One of the disadvantages is that breakfast is not included in the room rate, and there is boiling water from the coolers on each floor (there was none on my 5th floor, so I had to go to the 4th, which is very inconvenient). The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, the prices are average. As an alternative, there are many cafes nearby. There are many shops and shopping malls near the hotel. The staff is excellent and friendly.
In principle, a good guest, I liked the bed, and the room as a whole.
I didn't like it - the lack of water in the room, the lack of personal hygiene items (it has been possible to order dental hygiene kits for a long time.)
I liked the presence of an elevator, which is a big plus.
The breakfasts are decent, the staff is friendly. In general, we are satisfied, please tighten the amenities in the room and everything will be super 😉
The crowd is at the reception, the website is not working, the Wi-Fi in the lobby (like, for visitors) is buggy... It was not possible to ask if there are places for tomorrow, or to look on the website... The hotel may not be bad, but it's impossible to understand.
A good hotel for your money. The building itself is not new, but the room was clean and comfortable enough, everything you need in the room: a freezer, TV, etc., was not used, but for someone maybe it is necessary. The bathroom is spacious, clean, several clean towels. The buffet breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, there is a lot of food, I liked everything.Thank you.
The room was not ventilated upon check-in. At night, residents from other rooms smoke by the window in the hallway, all the smoke in the room. Only one outlet is available. The restaurant's operating mode, to put it mildly, is not convenient. And it is very different from the one posted on the website. The staff is polite and helpful.
The hotel is good. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are not bad. The mattresses are soft. One minus. There are no canteens or normal cafes nearby where you can eat normally. So that the first, second and compote- as they say.
It's a good hotel, I liked it, it's clean and comfortable for the price, but it's better to update the entrance doors, because they knock hard when closing.
I lived here in a double room for two nights with breakfast (breakfast is generally a fire) 8700 rubles cost. A good hotel is clean and cozy, a large bed, an excellent mattress.
So far, I have visited only 2 hotels in Minsk, located in the middle zone of the city. Prices bite right in the center. The capital! I lived in a standard hotel in this hotel. I apologize for the terminology, but this standard is the standard of minimalism. In most Russian cities, you can live more decently for this price. Dinner turned out to be a problem. The breakfast was of a normal average level. It was he who drew out the impressions of the hotel. And I must say that the staff is very polite. It directly contradicts the general impression of the hotel.
I can only say for the restaurant, since I did not stay in the rooms: the kitchen is good, the staff is friendly, and there is a good assortment of dishes. Special thanks for the organized set meals, everything is served quickly and tasty enough!
Nice hotel. Sleeping well is a good job. The administration is super for you!. I love the hotel. Separate rooms have a shower. A lot of things are so good. I really love the Sputnik hotel. A lot of people. There are owners of sightseeing buses in the hotel. The work is super! Great news. It's all good. If anyone thinks that it's bad, then it's good. Oh, how good. It's great that they built it. The building is super! Very good sleep, very good sleep. The news about the building is great. The rating is good. Everything is fine about the hotel. Not likely large rooms and showers!
There are no slippers, no toothbrush, but there is a shower cap... The breakfast is average... Slightly tired rooms... There is no hair dryer either, but you can take it at the reception.
A nice hotel with a Soviet smell. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a boiler in the hallway. I lowered 1 star for a "weak" breakfast. The location of the hotel is gorgeous.
The hotel has been transformed, it has become cleaner, new TVs have appeared in the rooms, although the programs show poorly, there are many examples, Wi-Fi has become better. The linen is white, as are the towels. It remains only to install mosquito nets on the windows and set up television channels
If the room is air-conditioned, then everything is fine, and if the windows face the road and there is no air conditioning, then it is very stuffy or noisy if you open the window. And so a small room, clean. The choice for breakfast is not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry. The hotel is located far from the center, there are no places nearby where you can eat, especially after 21h.
The rooms are clean, everything you need is there. Location in a quiet area, two stops from the center (bus stop nearby). The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are without frills, but everything is delicious.
The hotel is located near the city center (2 stops). The 2-bed rooms are well-planned, cozy and clean. 4 towels per person are snow-white. Good wi-fi. Of the shortcomings: a very small shower stall- a large person can only wash in parts. I barely fit in with my 70 kg.
We shot an improved Double. A normal hotel. The price for Minsk is not high. There are comments. The mosquito net is only in the bathroom, but mosquitoes somehow got into the room. Only one of the 3 lamps in the bathroom was working. The breakfasts are monotonous and not very tasty. The windows faced the courtyard, the road was almost inaudible. The elevator could be heard working. The bed is normal, the plumbing is working. The room is clean.
We lived in this hotel in March 2024. The room is small but cozy. There is everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. There is a TV and a mini fridge. In the bathroom there is shower gel, toilet paper, shower cap. There is a water cooler on the floor. Everything is clean and decent. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor.
Nice, clean, comfortable. The interior is a bit outdated, but that's not the main thing. Polite staff. Lots of towels, a soft bed, a great view from the window. I really didn't like the staff in the dining room. To be more precise, one administrator, drunk as a fiddle, with whom I had to communicate. Well, the prices in the restaurant are exorbitant.
A pleasant hotel near the center of Minsk, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is decent, there are no towels, slippers, it's hot in the rooms, the fan can't cope, there is a refrigerator, TV, no hair dryer. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It corresponds to 3 stars.
Excellent, budget hotel. If it hadn't been for a horde of puberty-age Belarusian teenagers who ran around the floors and rooms like horses and screamed, I would have gotten enough sleep.
I read flattering reviews at the Sputnik hotel and chose it, BUT the reality is a little different. The hotel is very middle class. It is impossible to live in rooms with windows facing the street: it is hot and very noisy because of the highway under the window. In addition, there is a parking lot of tourist buses under the windows, which have been driving engines since early morning. The staff is very lazy: they refused to move to the other side, the room is cleaned only after a complaint. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. There are towels, a shower cap, there is nothing else: there is no hair dryer, shampoo. And the breakfast buffet at the hotel is a complete nightmare! The choice is very limited, according to one type of everything and the cheapest possible Belarusian goods. It is impossible to drink coffee. There is no transfer at night. And it is he who is important, because during the day you can get by public transport. Conclusion: a hotel for the most unassuming tourists for one night (passing through), when there are no more options.
The hotel is a solid three) The rooms are clean, the location is good, the prices are reasonable, the food is edible. All the central sights of Minsk are 40-60 minutes on foot. Nearby there are grocery stores and a cool cafe "Garage".
We stayed in Sputnik in February 2023 with a large children's football team) An excellent, inexpensive hotel! The rooms are clean and cozy. Daily cleaning service. Very polite and friendly staff, quickly and easily solved all the issues that arose. The restaurant is an additional plus to the excellent hotel service - the food is very tasty and varied. Breakfast is a buffet, it is impossible to leave hungry (both children and adults remember draniki with special pleasure). Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality and professionalism!
The Soviet hotel and restaurant were closed in the evening. There is no coffee. There is only cold water in the cooler. The rest is good. Polite staff.
I liked the hotel. Compared to the Brest Intourist, Sputnik seemed to us to be a 5-star hotel. We had a small cozy 2-bed room. Comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a relatively modern TV. There is no air conditioner, but there is a fan. Although in extreme heat, I think it will not save. There is no hair dryer in the room, but you can get it at the reception. It was a very delicious breakfast.
There was not enough hair dryer and ventilation in the room (5th floor). The room itself is comfortable, has air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV. Our room faced the courtyard, so there was air conditioning. The children have a room with windows facing the street, so there is no air conditioner, but there was a fan (they were stuffy, because the air temperature rose above 27 degrees on the days when we were in Minsk).
I liked dinner and breakfast.
I chose the hotel based on reviews. It's worth 3 stars. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, near the metro station, which is convenient. But in the hot summer season, I would not choose a hotel, because there was no air conditioning in the room. This is very important to me personally. The breakfasts are good and varied.
The hotel is clean, we had a leak in the shower, the staff reacted immediately. There's a queue for breakfast, but I think it's because the hotel is busy for the New Year holidays.
Excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is "almost" in the center, it is quite convenient to get there. The rooms are clean, correspond to 3*. Very good breakfast buffet. Polite staff. Water coolers on the floors! I recommend it!
I advise all tourists and guests who wish to stay in Sputnik! A gorgeous place, excellent rooms and a separate compliment to the breakfasts that were included in the room rate.
The hotel is quite decent for its money. I had a double room on the 5th floor. It would be cramped for two, it would be comfortable for one, because the room is not big. There is a built-in closet in the wall, which I did not like (there was a specific smell). It has no shelves for clothes, there are only a few hangers. The floor in the room, as well as the corridor on the floor has a carpet covering that absorbs odors. There is a smell of cigarettes on the floor, although smoking is prohibited in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in the room. The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is serviceable. However, the heated towel rail was cold, it was heated only if hot water was turned on. Hot water is also not immediately available when the tap is opened (you need to wait a few minutes for the water to drain). The room was not hot, the battery was not particularly warm. I think it will be cool in winter. There is a TV, a small refrigerator, two glasses. There is a water cooler on the floor. If you want to drink coffee in the room, it is unlikely to succeed - there are no cups and spoons, as well as no kettle. Towels are clean, they are changed immediately when cleaning the room. The cleaning is good. The sound insulation in the room is average, if noisy neighbors in the corridor it causes discomfort. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which closes at 18.00. Breakfast (buffet) is offered 20 bel. rubles. I can't appreciate it, I didn't order it. Dates of stay November 13-17. It is not suitable for a long stay. It is quite acceptable for a business trip.
The location is average. From the metro station Institute of Culture 10 minutes on foot, to the shopping center Capital 3 bus stops. Opposite the hotel is the Railway Workers' Recreation Center, in which practically no leisure activities are held.
