I've been there many times, I haven't encountered any special problems. The waiters are slow, but that's not a problem if you take your time. The menu is large, the dishes are delicious, the portions are large. Great burgers, you can also get synabones right there. The atmosphere is pleasant. You can work with a laptop: there is fast Wi-Fi and the administration is not against it.

In short: the food is tasteless, the waiters are slow, the price tag is unjustified.
Read more: I went to this place because there were no empty seats in the next one. They only brought me the menu for 7 minutes. I ordered a bacon burger, milkshake and cappuccino.
I know that burgers are not well prepared everywhere in Yerevan, so I took my own risk. The risk was not justified. If you are looking for delicious burgers, this is definitely not the place. The milkshake turned out to be terrible. The water in which the cream was piled still tastes like water. This is definitely the worst milkshake of my life.
They also brought the wrong dish, and then asked to pay extra for the right one, because they got everything mixed up. But I can easily understand this, unlike a very tasteless lunch.

Yes, the waiters are really on chill, on chill. They are almost never in the hall at all, if you need something, you have to get up and ask the waiter at the checkout to come up to you. I didn't have a chance to try anything from the sinabon menu,

Waiters are not welcome. I asked for the menu 7 times! Stupidly bring the menu. Zero reaction. The order, they say, will be ready in 15 minutes, they bring it in 25-30 minutes in general. I do not recommend using the word at all.
