My assessment of school No. 22 in Grodno is a solid two. To begin with, the school building is in a deplorable state: constantly falling off plaster, leaking roofs in some classrooms, and outdated equipment. This creates an uncomfortable learning environment. The teaching staff is heterogeneous. We met both really interested teachers and indifferent ones who teach according to a template, without paying due attention to the individual characteristics of the students. The training programs, in my opinion, are outdated and do not meet modern requirements. The availability of additional clubs and sections leaves much to be desired. In general, the school gives the impression of a neglected institution, where the emphasis is not on quality education, but on the formal fulfillment of requirements. If there is a choice, I would recommend considering other schools in Grodno.
