We rested at the Club Sera 5* hotel in October 2024, for the first time in Turkey. We decided to visit a leather store because we wanted to buy jackets. We were pleasantly surprised by the treatment of the owners of this store: Alyona and Alexander. While we were shopping, they offered us a free trip to the store at the leather and fur factory. As a result, instead of the planned 2 jackets, 3 jackets and three coats were purchased. Alyona and Alexander turned out to be polite, tactful and pleasant people. They gave us a good discount and received nice souvenirs. There would be more such people.

We had a rest in November 2024 in Side, decided to go to Antalya with friends to see (and maybe buy) a fur coat. Yandex came across this store (fur and leather) and was surprised that it was written in Russian. We arrived, of course there was no choice of fur coats, but we were offered to go look elsewhere, the driver himself (the owner of this store) kindly took us (for free) to the shopping center. On the way, he said that the prices were very low, as a result, he did not like anything and it was very expensive. Okay, it's not about me. I will describe the problem so that other buyers are not led. I do not recommend this store, why...A friend liked one fur coat, but the size did not suit her, she was told that we would bring your size from the factory (do not worry) they asked for an advance payment, they left. (not a small amount), they said that if it does not fit, then we will refund the money to you (they even sealed it in an envelope in the store) It was delivered two days later ( driver and courier ) although they said that there would be a seller, the size did not fit, they asked for a refund, to which they replied that we did not have them. And it turned out that they don 't understand Russian .As a result, no fur coats, no money. I was very upset. They cheat, so they gave you a free ride.

Here with the latter, there is cheap consumer goods in the tourist area for 40 euros, and there are really high-quality things that can not be distinguished from the original - this is about a specific store!
I bought a bag, returned a day later and took two more women's handbags!)))

There is a Leather and Fur shop across the street from the Sera Hotel. The owners Alexander and Alyona are professionals in their field. They will tell you, recommend you, and help you with your choice. Alexander immediately drove to Antalya to the right store. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, tailoring, and variety of shades. The styles are original, perfect patterns. It was impossible not to buy.))) The consultant in the store is a big smart girl! And once again about the products: leather, bags, purses... Everything is worthy of the highest appreciation. As well as the work of dear Alexander, Alyona, consultants!
And yet, after buying a great jacket (4 in 1), I was given an amazing gift. Leather bag))). Incredibly simple! I am very grateful)

It turned out to be a waste of time, they took us shopping because they have no choice at all. As a result, it turned out to be more expensive, because he included his interest. I liked the thing, but it was not my size, I was promised that the right size would be brought to the hotel in a day, but I had to leave an advance payment with a refund if something went wrong (the size would not fit). They brought the exact same fur coat to the hotel. The size did not fit, then we talked about the refund of the prepayment and that's where it started (and they forgot the Russian language abruptly, in general, it takes a long time to tell). At that time, when they left, they promised to return the prepayment in the evening, then the next evening, as a result, they did not return anything and they no longer take the tubes. And everyone gave their man's word (the store staff, the driver). They have no honor, not a word. They are money changers.

Hello, I strongly advise against this store, We came to them, met a Russian woman, the wife of a local friend. the husband,, offers help in finding goods in the shops, as a result, no goods, no money. IN OUR CASE, THERE WAS AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF $ 50, THEY DID NOT GIVE 100, THEY PROMISED IF SOMETHING DID NOT FIT THE SIZE OR MODEL, WE WOULD RETURN THE MONEY, AS A RESULT, NOT MONEY, ONLY PROMISES ON THE PHONE. These people don't live up to what they said.IT SEEMS THAT THEY WEAR PANTS AND NOT SKIRTS. Pass by this store, do not see each other for gifts and empty words of these people.
