The room had an extremely tired bathroom with a huge amount of mold. Half-working lights. Breakfasts for this price are normal.

Bedbugs. Upon arrival, I briefly looked at the mattress of the bed and everything seemed to be clean. After a few days of staying in the evening, I sat on the bed and saw a rather big something crawling on the bed. Upon closer inspection, I found several more pests of different shapes and sizes. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in bed that night anymore, and the next day after dancing with a tambourine, when trying to explain to the employee at the reception that I just wanted to leave earlier than planned (not to extend the room or something else), I left the hotel, although the room was paid for another day after. When asked if the employee was aware that they had bedbugs in the hotel, she received an empty, uncomprehending look in response.
Some of the staff knows English well, and it is difficult to reach someone without the help of an interpreter and third parties.

We booked a room in the main building, but when we arrived, we had a complementary upgrade to the 2nd building, where the room was larger, with a kitchen and a washing machine. However, there were no dishes in the kitchen for some reason😃
