We came to the Cathedral for the great feast of the Intercession, and Mother's Day in Belarus. I really liked the priest, who seemed not to be preaching, but talking to people. It was very interesting and unusual.
On the left side of the temple, in July 1941, the divisional cemetery of the German (or rather Austrian) 45th infantry division, which stormed the Brest fortress in June 1941, was built. Burials in the cemetery were carried out until the liberation of the city in July 1944. In July 1941 alone, almost 500 dead fascists were buried there. They are still lying there ...
In winter, a new Baptismal church was opened on the territory of the cathedral. I liked everything: clean, bright, cozy. Priest Andrey conducted the ceremony politely and with kindness, leaving only pleasant impressions and memories. The prices for the process are the same as in other temples.
