A good stadium for cyclists! As a child, I really dreamed of cycling, but in the 90s there were no such sections in Lugansk and I had to drive myself around this stadium, closest to my house, on a bicycle "Sport" in 1969. I would like to appeal to the leadership of the V. Dahl Leningrad State University with a request to open a cycling sports stadium sections! Anyway, it's high time to restore the stadium!
