My friend worked there. He told me that they buy expired meat, and then soak it in some kind of chemistry (I don't remember what it's called). then more soy sauce and grilled seasoning (the seasoning has a high content of "flavor enhancer"). And the "magic" steak is ready ((( so don't order steaks.
