The first hotel in Georgia after crossing the border. 11 km from the checkpoint
Parking space. A restaurant. Great rooms, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast. Wonderful view of the mountains from the room window.
The staff speaks Russian. Very attentive girls. I was with a 12-year-old child, he was surrounded by care, offered a menu and advised what he would like best. I was also not deprived of attention and recommendations on dishes and wine.
Very good. City center, low price. A one-night pass is just the thing! Stunning view of Kazbek on one side and Terek on the other. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our visit - I don't know when it will open. If you believe the reviews, then the restaurant in this hotel is one of the best in the city. So it's a pity... On the contrary, there are 2 more resticks, but they have terrible reviews. There is also a Spar supermarket nearby with a good assortment. We ended up buying food there. The parking lot is small, everything is always busy, so count on your luck. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room - 3 stars. Bad wi-fi.
We visited only the restaurant: trout, kharcho, Mexican potatoes, tkemali, beer, a couple of cappuccino and pita bread - 120lari, everything is delicious!
We had lunch at the restaurant
Very pleasant impressions
A cozy room with good energy
We took shish kebab, salad, kharcho - all for five
Keep it up
I looked at the rooms for interest - it was clean and cozy
I regretted that we didn't plan an overnight stay
We were at this hotel for several days, we didn't eat horcho, but everything we ordered from the food was all gorgeous and delicious. I would like to thank the staff separately, they were accepted as kings, and I shake hands with all of you separately to the manager Andre, a real man (puppies bloomed) . I would especially like to note the cleanliness in the kitchen and in the hotel, thank you very much, low bow, it is very sincere that in such a difficult time between nations, kindness and love remain at the head
The review concerns the restaurant. We ordered veal chashushuli with Saperavi wine, Tashmijabi with tough beef was brought to us. When we told the waitress that Chashushuli looks different, she referred to the language barrier and the fact that they have this dish looks like this, but these are 2 completely different dishes. The request not to include this outrage in the bill - we were refused. Adjarian khachapuri was fresh, but it smelled strongly of yeast, carbonara was drowned in Mayonnaise. The tea is normal. In total, we have: bad staff who deceive, tasteless food, poor service, a high price tag for the listed components. The only good thing about this place is the interior and the view of Kazbek
I don't understand why they have such a high price.
Location? Nearby there is an institution with a slightly simpler renovation, where it is 1.5-2 times cheaper.
Service? I didn't feel any special attitude. One waiter took the order, then another turned out to be, despite the fact that the first one walked next to him and stuck to the phone.
Food? The portions are small, the taste is normal. I didn't eat enough kharcho soup at all, I didn't see rice in it either, from the word at all.
Serving dishes? And then by. The usual Ikea plates that can be found in any other institution in Georgia.
A special interior? No, ordinary wooden tables next to ordinary chairs, peeling paint in places. In general, the repair is slightly better than average.
Where this price comes from is decidedly not clear.
After all this, +18% for the service is added to the bill. I took a kharcho with bread and half a liter of lemonade, it turned out 31 lari, you can eat too much with this money in the center of Tbilisi, and after the kharcho I was also hungry.
The worst kharcho of all previously tested.
The meat is old (two small pieces on the whole plate, the size is a square with the phalanx of a woman's finger) eggplant nuts, the same size as meat from kharcho, after the opportunity to eat delicious-just none (I don't know how I learned how to cook this dish)
The vegetables in the Georgian salad are delicious.
The kebab is dry. The vegetable soup is empty. Pita bread is cold and dry. The wine from the bottle is good. The view is beautiful, the interior is decent!. Slow Service with reminders of each dish +18% to the cost of the menu, which is much higher relative to the whole of Georgia. I would be no less indignant if 60 GEL were paid for everything. But it turned out 130. Not enough. It doesn't taste good. Long. I refused to eat kharcho in Megrelian, because the chicken does not smell like fresh meat, I managed to put a piece in my mouth and had to spit it out, you need to know that it is with chicken, it is not written and is not warned. When asked how it differs from kharcho, the answer is "more acute")
We waited half an hour, at least. The replacement of the kharcho was brought in 5 minutes.

It's a lovely place. The staff is wonderful. The furniture and finishes are incredibly stylish. The owners are sincere. We celebrated the New Year 2019 there, we liked it very much. We rested our souls. The border is close, it's great for a small family holiday to go and come. We strongly recommend it.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It absolutely does not match the stated price. Of the advantages, you can only note the view of the mountains, friendly staff and good cuisine. You will not find a bar/refrigerator, a safe, a closet, or a telephone in the rooms. You will not be provided with an iron either. The shower is a separate masterpiece! There is no door. You wash yourself with one hand, with the other, with the help of a scraper, which is already waiting for you, you rake off the water so that the slippers do not float into the corridor like a stream.
Special thanks to the staff who, while cleaning the room, opened the balcony door in December and turned off the battery heating the room. 👌
A nice room, but I don't like a shower without a door, the water didn't go well, but the view is amazing from the window, the kitchen is delicious, the staff is pleasant, and the wine is even better)
The hotel as a whole is not bad, the staff is friendly, but the restaurant is very weak - half of the dishes and products for their preparation were simply not available.
