Супер всегда у них покупаю метизы и ТД , цены супер я доволен . Один только минус на складе безнал в 5 раз быстрее отпускают чем наличный расчет , как будто физ лица мало вносят сумм , но может это мне повидилось. Не знаю !
Остался не доволен. Принципиально хотел создать набор АКБ инструментов yato. Сделал заказ на 3 вида, оплатил. Ни один менеджер не связался. На сайте была указана бесплатная доставка по понедельникам. Специально отложил личные дела, ожидая доставку. За весь день никто из службы доставки на связь не вышел. Попытки дозвониться оказались безуспешными. Дозвониться получилось на следующий день, доставку предложили 2 мая, в то время, как заказ был 18 апреля. Итого 2 недели. Отказался от доставки, так как доверия не было, забрал лично, понеся доп расходы на дорогу. В итоге из 3х инструментов один был с браком. Винтоверт при нажатии на кнопку срабатывал не сразу, а только при встряхивании. Учитывая личный опыт работы продавца с клиентами - полное безразличие, сознательно отказался от гарантии и самостоятельно отремонтировал - при вскрытии на моторе одна щётка стояла неровно и не прижималась к ламелям пружиной. Удивительно, в г.Барановичив магазине работают отличные продавцы, в то время как в головном офисе отношение к клиентам не соответствует ожиданиям.
Работают хорошо, отличный ассортимент, довольно хорошая цена, одно неудобство, расположение в промзоне и 1 выезд- въезд со стороны МКАД, поэтому с 8 до10 и с 17 до 18-30 сложно выехать
