And when I asked him this question and told him that we had every right to use the toilet for free with tickets, he suddenly bleated like a goat that he did not understand ORSHA! Well, I didn't understand his 'Uh' either.
We came to our homeland and such an attitude. Although Kazakhs who are already over 40 are quite normal people.
And the last situation was completely disappointing.
We bought bus tickets online. We paid for the luggage on purpose. And the bus was just canceled. I do not know what happened there, but the bus driver went to the wreck, sat on a bench and smiled. They gave us a minibus for our flight. It was supposed to fit 16 people with bags!!! It's tin!
People were sitting on stools! Who didn't have enough seats. Do you seriously think that this is normal?

There are ATMs, hot drinks vending machines, massage chairs. The rest rooms are located on the third floor. The cost of a single room was 2000 tenge. The room is clean, but a small cosmetic repair would not hurt. It is better not to visit the toilet in the recreation room. I'm serious. The smell is such that a horse will fall down, there is a suspicious puddle of unknown origin on the floor. In general, it is difficult to put more than 1 star.

The station is like a station. There is a cafe at the train station around the clock (razlivukha works😁), a recreation room on the third floor. More or less decent for only 4 thousand tenge, at the end of the corridor. The rest are ugly, but it's enough to spend the night. There are 2 more hotels on the square in front of the train station, a little better.
Railway ticket offices need to be careful. Temirzhols, the Silk Road and Turksib are in the same row. The commission is not taken only by Temir zholy. The police are adequate, polite guys.
