Today 04.01.2024, I called an ambulance for my mother.Team number 23 arrived, they treated the patient very well, quickly made an accurate diagnosis and took him to the hospital, which saved a person's life. Thank you so much for their hard work!!!!!!
04/25/2023 I called an ambulance for my grandmother in the village of Ditva.I will not even say that they are not interested in elderly people in principle.Grandma has a complete heart block, the call was associated with severe chest pains. Recently, she was in the hospital, the emergency doctor was shown an epicrisis, in which the diagnosis and recommendations were prescribed (among other things, a cardiogram of the heart must be done within a month). The result of communication with the ambulance doctor:she stated the diagnosis known to all of us (which was treated in the hospital), injected with painkillers, measured the pressure, the upper indicator of which was 190!!!!! That's it!!!!! They didn't even bother to do a cardiogram of the heart! I consider the attitude of the ambulance doctor not only professional, but also cruel. The ambulance dispatcher refused to tell me the name of the doctor who went on the call in a phone conversation, said that we should be grateful that on a day off, having only two ambulance crews, they sent a car to the city of Ditva.
