A good guest house, relatively close to the main streets, bus station and railway station.Friendly hosts, most of the guests are Russian-speaking, so it's not boring, in the evenings companies gather in the lobby - dining room, everyone communicates, and it's there that they only catch Wi-Fi.. It is quite clean, despite the construction work in the courtyard, one of the significant advantages is the presence of a swimming pool, long and deep enough.We also had sun beds and umbrellas in November, and it rained every afternoon, and it got dark early, so the evening pool with warm water helped a lot.One of the disadvantages is that due to the rains and high humidity, the room is damp and has a peculiar smell, but we had a room on the north side, not sunny, perhaps in other rooms, and there are about 20 of them. somehow it's different.The fan was working, the sockets were not European, so I didn't see a TV anywhere.If you take breakfast, it's a very modest omelet, toast, jam, butter, tea or coffee.There are shared refrigerators in the kitchen, a kettle, and cutlery, but no one has tried cooking, and I haven't seen a microwave either.Overall good, I recommend you to check in.

Great guest house. We were from February 24 to March 7. Friendly hosts. The room has air conditioning, fan, shower, comfortable mattresses on the bed. Swimming pool with sun beds. Kitchen with dishes, kettle, 2 refrigerators. The territories are surrounded by greenery. Everything is well maintained and beautiful. The ocean is 7-15 minutes on foot. Shops and cafes in the rows. A bus station and a train station are within walking distance. Fruit market and seafood market are 15-20 minutes on foot. Very convenient location. I recommend it!

Everything is great. Friendly hosts . I really liked the pool , it 's clean and big . And the cost of the hotel is reasonable . The room on the second floor was excellent. No animals were observed inside .That 's why we watched birds and borundukas jumping on roofs and trees on the balcony in the mornings .

I really liked everything, it was clean, green, pleasant hosts, they will always help. The room has everything you need, and the pool is small and clean. The ocean is 5-10 minutes away on foot, straight ahead, a nice beach where there are few people. There is an inexpensive cafe opposite the hotel, where delicious food is served.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but on the last day the dollars were gone.And I advise you to install video cameras in the room. We were warned at the settlement to close the windows and doors, not to leave the keys in the lock. But this did not protect us from money theft.All the rest was blurred. 400 dollars are not lying on the road . I do not advise you to check into this dubious hotel. The owner and his wife have the keys to the room.

The owner is good. The staff, too, did not look, but that they had stolen several packs of cigarettes. But the guest house itself is very modest. Plus, it is located away from the noise of the city, but it takes about five minutes to walk to the ocean.

The hotel is 1* , well maintained, clean, the farms are friendly and responsive, the pool is good, clean, open until 21.30. For that kind of money, this is a very good hotel!!! Yes, and everything is nearby! The station, the Sunday market, vegetable and fish markets are all within walking distance! We will definitely come back.

I do not recommend rooms on the ground floor: livestock. Take a room with air conditioning and a window, the fans can't handle it. There are no shower accessories. The pool is clean. Frequent power outages. The Internet is weak, the pool is working

Cool territory, nice pool, good-natured hosts!!!The only negative is the numbers...there is no shower, it is not possible to wash at all, the water is cold and even a small trickle, keep in mind not to wash your head!and yes, in those rooms where we lived there is no air conditioning, we almost went crazy!!!but in general, OK!!!we would have improved at least a little with water and norms!

The hotel is good, it is quiet in it, the territory is all in flowers, the pool, the owner is good, he does not know Russian well, English is good, the room is air conditioned. There were no problems at all. On excursions, the owner sent us by car himself, it turned out cheaper, and we went shopping by car, he organized it, it was comfortable, convenient, cool! We are very satisfied! If it hadn't been for the coronavirus (everyone started to cover up), we would all have left! They began to close the excursions, they did not let them go anywhere!

The furniture in the room is old. We cleaned the room 1 time in 2 days. The water was hot 1 time in 14 days of rest. There were small ants in the bathroom. But overall the hotel is good. The owner is friendly. The territory is clean, well maintained, green area.
