My experience with the Star Med Service clinic left an extremely negative impression. Firstly, the prices are highly inflated, and this does not correspond to the level of services provided. Secondly, incompetent staff work at the reception, who are not able to properly explain what procedures are available. For example, when I came to do an MRI of the coccyx, I was immediately offered MSCT, although this is a completely different diagnostic method. It seems that their main goal is to take more money without taking into account the real needs of patients.
